My food got cold after having an issue with 2 staff members for my sons order. One of the staff had no sort of customer service, had an attitude, and had no intention of helping us she said that my order was canceled and had already shown it to my son, but I said I would like to see because I am charged and then the other staff intend to show me an order with same number but different name but after a few minutes she said let me go back and ask for the receipt and it was charge and she gave me my food after 30 minutes. I was upset because they had me standing there walking right in front of me without asking, may I help you. I had to say, "Can someone help me?" Hello

This place ALWAYS gets the drive thru order wrong! Wrong sodas, missing food, and they don’t understand the difference between honey and honey mustard, just to name a few things. The people are nice but they are extremely careless or just not smart. Check your bag before leaving bc the order is likely wrong somehow.

I had lunch here a fish sandwich with french fries and a lemonade . Service was fast and place including the bathroom was very clean. They have a large parking lot too .Parking: lots of space for parking

The services need work. They treat customer with a manor in which they dont care. Serve products quickly and unprofessionally. I've ordered here several times, and there are always issues. Employees act like they will get a bonus if they save the company for limited a 1 pack per pepper pacakage, not stir the ice coffee so the dont have to wash the spoon the use, or offer only 2 napkins on a 2 meal order. Many times, they are quick to give the order without checking so that they can get back to mingling. I had the pleasure of meeting manager Rosita, if that was her real name because there is no name tag. The lady was a very smudge person and didn't care how she treated a customer. Her concept was that you dont like it, dont come back. Again, it's not a nice mcdonalds location, and i go to several threw out the weeks.
