I tried to order through the drive in, but it was supposedly closed. Drive around to order through drive through, I can barely understand the guy through the speaker. Get up to the window and it took almost twenty minutes from the time my card was charged to receive a kids meal, entree meal, and two sides. Meanwhile there are no less then 6 people working. One guy asleep. Two mopping and doing trash. One just doing drinks that I watched pile up and melt. Then one went and started taking orders in the back of the line while another was running food out to cars that they just said they weren't doing? They obviously prioritize door dash and grub hub over present customers. Abysmal service all around, and a business I won't be returning to anytime soon.

Food was great not greasy like some other sonics. The lady who served us was amazing she went above and beyond her job the soda machine was broken and we ordered a mix drink with sprite and she created a new drink just for my husband similar to itusing lime slushy. Alot of the ordering machine were broken but that was the only negativeKid-friendliness: My son loves the food here

My girlfriend and I went to this location around midnight and they were closing at 1, so honestly I wasn’t expecting the best food but still edible. I ordered a vanilla shake and onion rings, my girlfriend ordered a peach slush and just a burger. My “vanilla” shake tasted just like a banana shake which I was completely surprised at and I didn’t finish it because I don’t particularly like bananas that much and I ordered a vanilla shake. My onion rings tastes like corn dogs like they used that batter for my onion rings and I did not taste good at all. The peach slush didn’t taste like peach. I was very disappointed as I haven’t had sonic in years so I was let down highly. I hope their food and deserts are better early in the day, but I will not be going back to that particular location.

I gave them a $100 bill and got the change of $73.28 but when I went to McDonald’s drive thru the $20 I got from Sonic was counterfeit. When I returned to sonic they said “we can’t do anything without the proof that it was from us”, when the only change I had was from them. I came here 5 times with my girlfriend and I’m never coming again after what they did, the food and the atmosphere is perfect but how they just gave us partial change is annoying and to say “we can’t do anything without proof that it was our change”. ?

I have been here twice and the food is very mediocre. I tried for the first time the hotdogs, the Coney dog with chili and cheese, and the corn dog. I have to say it wasn’t that great. The quality of the hotdogs are very low. I definitely will not come back here, the lady at the drive-through was very friendly and nice, but it all comes down to the food in the end.

This was the worst customer service experience i've ever had. The woman who served us was so beyond rude. Her attitude while serving us was beyond disrespectful and uncalled for. I will not be returning and urge others to spend their money elsewhere.

I arrived at the designated spot for Uber pickups but was informed that the service was for drive-through customers only. Upon notifying the staff of my Uber orders, I was requested to wait outside the door, which presented an inconvenience, especially considering the cold weather conditions at 37 degrees.I believe there’s an opportunity for a more efficient system catering to Uber drivers and other couriers. It seems contradictory to have a drive-through service yet require delivery drivers to exit their vehicles and wait at the door. It would greatly benefit both the drivers and the establishment to devise a system that enables a smoother pickup process without necessitating drivers to leave their vehicles, particularly in inclement weather conditions like the current winter weather.
