The best place for bagels in town, period! Their bagels are just delish with the perfect texture. I also really like the bread they use for their hero-it's so soft! Their chicken cutlet sandwiches are pretty good too, throw on some cheddar cheese, jalapeños, and some Russian dressing. The staff is super nice. Call ahead if you don't want to wait for your order, esp during the morning rush.

My first time coming here as my gf wanted a gluten free bagel. Ordered a gluten free bagel w/ cream cheese and a pastrami / cheese, no egg on a bagel. Some how that came out to 17$ before asking for a tip (which I gave, so it came out to 19$).Which is over the posted menu prices in store and online. Either update your menus to reflect accurate pricing or train your staff on how to properly bill out the items ordered. Then had to wait over 30 minutes for the food, not to mention one of the staff members was using the company phone to just chit chat with a friend about life instead of tending to the line of people there.

This place supposedly closes at 2… I ordered through grub hub at 12:55 and they cancelled the order because ‘it couldn’t be fulfilled’. At least we know never to order from here again .

Don’t bother ordering through Uber Eats guys. This is the second time I’ve placed an order here and something is always missing. I even noted it under their special notes and they still got the order wrong. I wanted to give them a second chance but I was still disappointed. Also please note I found egg shells in my last order.

If you don’t mind waiting for your bagel 20/30 minutes then this is place for you . I was waiting 25 minutes for 2 bacon egg and cheese plain bagel. They were giving online orders first while in the shop was like 20 people.
We tried a tuna wrap one day for lunch just to try it out and have been going back ever since. The bread is delicious and fresh. We visit very often to grab lunch.

Moldy roll. Uncooked bacon. Absolutely horrible. Will never go back**We always ask for the bacon to be cooked "crispy". However it was still basically raw.Your "fresh" rolls has green mold on it. I attached the picture.Anyone can see their response to the situation. I didn't order it right that's why I got raw bacon. They get their rolls fresh daily that's why the green mold is on it.Instead of offering to make it right or offer a refund.Thanks bagel shop! Smh.
