It was nice to see someone smiling and enjoying their job. We met COLIN tonight as he was wiping down tables and chair. He ask us how everything was and if he could get anything for us. He heard my sons side conversation looking for more fries. Colin was kind enough to take it upon himself to make that happen. It really means alot when you come across people like Colin, a genuinely hard, caring worker!

Wonderful customer service as always and Zachary has the best personality and customer service every time we go through the drive-thru.
I placed a Dine-In order for an ice cream cone and for a milkshake. It took about 10 min for the milkshake to arrive and about 15 for the ice cream cone. There was also nobody in the restaurant and I never have an issue at this place. I had to get up from my seat and get the cone myself.

Staff was decent and food was good however at checkout we were asked if we wanted to buy a chocolate chip cookie for $2 to support kids with cancer, of course we said yes. But we didn’t get our cookie ??

Stopped in to grab lunch for my daughter. I mentioned to Daniel I was getting this for her as her last pre braces meal request. He actually put a note in her bag wishing her good luck with getting braces today. I just thought it was super thoughtful and kind.
Our cashier, Giana, was incredibly nice, pleasant, and very patient with us! But all the staff were lovely, especially the gentleman who came to wipe down the table next to us and asked how are meal was as if he were our waiter, and later wished us a good night and safe trip. It's not that these are such difficult things - but wholly unexpected at a fast food place! (Food was great, too!)
I always come here for my lunch break during the week. They always give me the Police/Military discount and makes their great food even more affordable !

Love the chain but this was the worst location I've ever been to. They close at 10:00 p.m. but I went there at 8:40 and they said the bathrooms were closed because they get dirty at night and they don't want that to happen. I asked for the store manager and she was the one who arrogantly pointed out that it was her policy. I'm pretty sure this is against the law.
