I am a frequent customer of the Hazlet NJ Dunkin on route 36. I am a decaf coffee drinker. 9 out of 10 times, my coffee is either not fresh or on the verge of being not fresh. I ask every time I pull up to order if the Decaf is fresh, only to be assured that it is, it isn’t . The fact that a med coffee with Oatmilk and caramel is upwards of $2.78 .

Any particular reason of why on a Friday afternoon at 2:00 p.m. why the doors are locked where you can't enter the lobby I drive a big truck I can't fit through the drive-thru good way to lose money poor management I grew up in the area and guess what I'll never go to that place again due to that inconvenience

I went there this morning and I ordered an iced tea and the iced tea was sour no matter how much sugar I added to it it was awful literally the worst I've ever had from Dunkin' donuts if I could give zero Stars I
This Dunkin’ Donuts is nothing more then a scam this was my ice coffee from this location after I removed most not even all the ice a drop of coffee avoid this

this is specifically for the Saturday mid day shift. the drive thru on a weekday morning is perfect and so efficient so go then, not on a Saturday. I ordered a decaf iced americano. I am highly sensitive to caffeine as of recent and if I drink regular coffee, I can't sleep until like 2am. I am writing this after being up until 2-230am because clearly someone didn't read the sticker on the cup and figured it would be fine.people ask for decaf for multiple medical reasons...the least they could do is follow that. you want to screw up the milk or the sweetener? fine. but the 4 hours of sleep I got last night which now ruins my entire day and causes me to feel like total crap is thanks to their lazy attitudes. they even closed the inside because they couldn't handle walk ins, just drive thru. and before you say they are understaffed and the nonsense "nobody wants to work" rhetoric, there were FOUR employees inside which is how many are always there.

The line is always out on Rt 36. You have to catch it right to grab a coffee. Usually you cannot even park the car and the drive thru is a nightmare.
