I've been eating here since 1994 when the first location opened in Marlboro. This place taught child me what rotisserie even meant. They've done well for themselves and now have a number of locations. In a world where everything tastes manufactured they've managed to provide quality home cooked food without compromise. Highly recommend.

The fried chicken was amazing and so delicious! We also ordered creamed spinach, which is the best spinach I have ever eaten!!!!! The fried chicken was cooked perfectly, juicy and moist. Outstanding!! And boy oh boy that creamed spinach is truly heavenly!!!!!!! We never get our fried chicken from anywhere else! YUM!!!!!!
I felt it a little odd they were working with raw chicken without any gloves on. Working with food with no hair nets or hats.

Food is ok . But my issue is unrelated but touches on service . This is by far the worst place to pick food up as a delivery driver . The cook has no respect for dasher s or uber eats drivers he literally plays with hes phone instead of preparing thr order for the delivery drivers I can't even count how many times the cook has done this the orders for pick up are almost never ready . It's absurdity can't wrap my head around it cause what gets me is the store is never busy when I come in for pick up seems the cook just wants to cook when he wants but not when the delivery ticket comes threw . Long story short if u work for uber or door dash or grubhub pick up at hazlets location with caution ⚠️ because u will be waiting along time for there pre Madonna cook they have on the grill .

I ordered a spicy crispy chicken sandwich to go, with mac and cheese as a side instead of fries. The sandwich was ready by the time I had finished pouring my drink. It was delicious, and it hit the spot. It is comparable to Popeyes, but a lot more flavorful and no weird pieces of gristle. Delicious.The mac and cheese was good to okay. It seemed like common bulk food service mac and cheese, and made me think of the mac and cheese from Boston Market.I look forward to coming back. That sandwich was great! The interior of the location had plenty of seating, and looked very clean and cozy.Parking: Due to the nature of their location, the parking is pretty bad/a little convoluted if you haven't been to this area before. Be careful where you turn in/out of the lot.

Edit.... Piece of hard plastic found in the corn muffin tonight. Called and expressed my concern. Was told "OK, we'll look into it" and got hung up on. Will never get my business again.
It was the most MEDIOCRE roasted chicken I've ever had. Not bad at all but not even close to good. When you're getting a roasted/rotisserie chicken you're not expecting a crispy exterior, just a flavorful bite. It was cooked great and the skin was great, the inside was actually cooked well too. You could just tell there was nothing done to make sure the inside was seasoned at all. Essentially the equivalent of a well cooked grocery store rotisserie bird.

This place is great. Every time I've gone the food has been delicious, whether I get the wrap combos or the dinner platters. It's all high quality and I am always impressed. Friendly staff and enjoyable environment to eat. Highly recommend if you're in the area.

Half chicken mac and cheese with garlic string beans and corn bread = delicious ! So good highly recommend. Chicken tenders , fries and chicken and rice soup also very good will be ordering from this spot regularly moving forward yum

So as a chef, I know the correct protocols for on stage cooking, especially since I took the n.j. serve safe exam .... The cook who was working handled his phone I e. Texting touching the phone etc. While preparing food, cooked and raw chicken,.. yikes ? im sure tye food is good but after seeing that I that's a health violation
