I don’t understand the point of ordering something if i’m going to recieve the opposite of what was asked for. I ordered a #7 no onions no pickles. I got home and opened my first burger as I like to put fries on it, onions. That’s fine, I’ll eat it anyway. I open my second burger. NO PATTY. How does one forget the patty on a burger, but put the onions, cheese, and pickle on and I can’t call to complain because it says call failed every time I try. Do better.

I was on call with the manager, it is christmas eve and the app and google everywhere tells me it is normal hours today and tomorrow christmas. HOWEVER the manager proceed to tells me they are closed tomorrow and christmas eve the lobby is already closed at 7 and drive thru is closing at 7:30 pm. Why is nothing posted or made aware, I wanted to buy something around 9PM for my children for dinner. horrible staff

Honestly the food is always fresh which is the only reason to come back. Though when they rush you to the point you can’t say what you want to order, or when they just throw the food at you is when the disdain occurs. Give the customer a second to say Thank You or check the bags. We all have heard your employees complain about customers not checking bags when food is missing, yet we are rushed out of line? I get it’s fast food, but don’t throw the food out the window, say “everything’s there, have a good day, goodbye”, then slams the window in a matter of 3 seconds. Shame on the managers and owner.

Why say you’re open on Google and on Uber eats?? I went around 5 o clock and cones were in the drive thru it was closed. I went inside and a manager tells me the store is closed as their “system is updating”. At that point what’s the point of having the lights on and being opened. Telling me you’re closed is completely ridiculous when corporates hours says otherwise, a waste of time

I guess I'm getting old. I feel like McDonald's just isn't what it used to be. Today I got the standard sausage McMuffin with egg and a coffee. And I'm just.... disappointed. The coffee tasted burnt. How long does it have to sit before it burns? And the sandwich was soaked in grease. It was literally dripping out of the wrapper. Look at the pic. Just look at it. Ugh. I had to wrap it in a napkin to keep the grease from dripping all over me.Grease or not, it did taste good, and the burnt coffee was nice and hot. The place is clean, the employees were nice, and my order was ready when I got there so it isn't all bad.Seriously, how hard would it be to put just a little more effort into it? So close. What a shame.
