The food was 3.5 at best, rating 4. The service was a horrible experience for us. It took close to 45 min to get a menu and be able to actually place an order. Waited another 40-45 minutes for appetizers and the drinks to come. Maybe they were short staffed that day but still not an excuse.

First time here . The pasta with butter was awful . My grandkids couldn’t eat it as it was dripping with oil . My scallops with wrapped bacon tasted under cooked my daughter could not eat the shrimp as she said it tasted strange . Spent 200 and will not return . Atmosphere is nice and waitress was nice Nice place but unfortunately we didn’t care for the food.

We have lived in the area for 20+ years. Unfortunately this place has gone down hill. Every course had problems:Appetizer was clams casino. Clams had a strange undercooked flavor that was unpleasant. It looked as though someone threw the food on the dish. The forks were dunked in the clam sauce and breading. We had French onion soup. The cheese on top was burnt. I understand that it has to go under a broiler to melt the cheese but this cheese was burnt. Most restaurants that I have been to have mastered how to melt the cheese rather than burning it.I ordered the filet mignon. I specifically asked that it be cooked medium. My wife had the shrimp, scallops and lobster fra davalo. The filet mignon was super salty. There was about 3 mouthfuls before I got to the raw part. Raw. Not medium. Raw, inedible. My wife’s dish was puzzling. The scallops were almost raw and the lobster and shrimp were over cooked. I’m not sure how the chef accomplished this feat of ineptitude. The waitress came over and looked at my filet and asked if it was ok. I told her that I could not eat it because it was raw. She stared blankly at me and asked if I wanted to take it home, which I did.I almost forgot, I ordered creamed spinach and the waitress forgot it so it finally came out when we were done eating. This is where they had the opportunity to try to make amends for their mistakes. Maybe offer free drinks, some dessert…something. Nope.Neil Michael’s Steakhouse portrays itself as a mid-range steakhouse but it does not live up to it.There are much better choices and I will be sure to go elsewhere next time.

I was taken to Neil Michael's as a surprise for my birthday. Dinner with friends and family, 13 people in all. We were provided with two servers who couldn't have been nicer. They worked as a team with our drink, appetizer, and food order's.The French onion soup was perfect! Others had the lobster bisque and shrimp cocktail. Our dinners varied between steaks (I had the filet) and seafood. Salad came with your meal, and anything else was ala carte. Not a single mistake was made. Everyone was thrilled with their meal.Definitely have found a new steak house.

It's a bit on the pricey side, but it is definitely worth the experience! The food is great and the wine selection was good. Our server, Angela, was very attentive and knew a lot about the menu. We will definitely go back!

-TOTALLY RECOMMEND-Our waitress( Tara) was Fantastic. Our glasses were never empty and our food was perfect.Everything we ordered was Delicious. Scallops wrapped in bacon were to die for.. Lobster Bisque soup was creamy and big pieces of Lobster. We had filet mignon and a Cowboy Ribeye. They were both cooked to perfection and topped with Lobster. Oh and dessert was all homemade. Pumpkin cheesecake probably the best I ever had. My husband had the Brownie sundae and it didn't disappoint. One of our new favorite restaurants. Good food and good service..

The food is always great here. We ordered steak (of course) and it was cooked perfectly. The cuts of meat were awesome and the sides were really tasty... Twice baked potato, Brussel sprouts, grilled vegetables. I haven't had the veal in a while but the last time I had it it was really good. They have a decent wine selection too. All in all it's a little expensive but totally worth it.
