Travelled to meet family and came across the Hazlet location. Tried to order 50 pretzels. Normal businesses are happy for business right? Not this one! Lady working gave major attitude that 24 hours notice wasn’t given. Literally couldn’t have been more rude. Nothing short of nasty. Said thanks but no thanks and walked out.

Talk about dropping the ball! For some reason on Super Bowl Sunday a decision was made not to accept online orders. So instead of the company having pre-paid orders and know when they need to get them in the oven, they only took walk-in orders. The staff was overwhelmed, and after waiting up to an hour for our orders, customers were frustrated and aggravated waiting outside on a rainy winter day. This should have been a no walk-in day and the staff and supplies would have been ready. D minus.

The lady who works there is extremely disrespectful and rude. I honestly have never seen anything like it. I love their pretzels and ordered from the Eatontown location for years and never had an issue. We recently moved to Hazlet and this is my second experience witnessing the poorest customer service ever. I'm actually disappointment in myself giving them another try after seeing what I saw the first time. This is my first poor review ever and that's because I'm so disgusted with her attitude, disrespect, and demeanor.

The hot dog pretzel was really bad. The inside just had raw dough. And it wasn’t just one. Both of our hotdogs were just as bad as the other.

I am flabbergasted at the rudeness by the manager here. I called in to pre-order and they told me I had to come in or order online. Well they didn't have what I wanted online so I went in after they told me they could make what I wanted. The manager came out and told me they aren't part of Philly Pretzel and they cannot make the tray I wanted. After I explained that the person on the phone told me he could make what I wanted if I came in, she VERY rudely scoffed that I would have to buy 4 smaller "cups" and add them to the tray and that I would have to pay the extra price. I actually thought I was being punked at how downright nasty this manager was. I fault the owner for hiring such nasty people. Will never go again. BTW, this manager has a bad reputation already. The party I was supposed to bring my stuff to had a Philly pretzel tray there too and I asked them if they went there and they said "No Way" never go there, they drove to the Old Bridge one that is better. They also said the staff is very rude there as well. Guess I will be going to Old Bridge.

Pretzels are delicious but I will not be back ! Tried to call in an order last week and I was told to walk in and I would have to wait5-10 minutes. Sounded easy! Well I am here and waiting and waiting and waiting! Car of people waiting to Get to our party. Not a Happy Customer! What brain surgeon thought it is more efficient to not take orders !
