Tried the BOGO offer on three orders. The franchisee called and cancelled two of my orders. Said he refuses to honor the offer from Subway on more than one order. I wish the franchisee and Subway resolved this between them and not treat customers this way WHOSE MONEY keeps them in BUSINESS to begin with!!And Subway needs to use MORE CHEESE than 4 tiny wedges on a foot long sub!!Vegetarian options: No meat if you ask.

I am extremely disappointed I ordered two foot-long chicken teriyaki and they’re cold and the mozzarella cheese is not melted was very disappointing. Spent almost $35 wish that they took more time to toast and warm up my food.

Friendly and responsive staff. A little tight on space if you plan on eating there, but perfect for to-go orders.
They are charging 1.99 for extra cheese . when I Asked to take out the extra cheese I requested she almost took out all of it. Am not going back to this particular store located in Bayshore Strip mall.Vegetarian options: veggie patty sandwich,veggie delight sandwich ,vegetables pizza etcParking: big parking lot of the strip mall where it is located.Wheelchair accessibility: ramp for wheel chair.

Despite other Yelpers reviews of this Subway location, my order experience this time is pretty good.There was only one lady in the store when we visited.And we were her only customers at the time.Store was nicely maintained, the soft drinks fountain was neatly organized, and the floor was dry and clean.I had Italian herbs bread with tuna salad and few slices of jalapeño with some olives on one side and with ranch dressing on one side also... and maybe a little honey mustard dressing for the entire footlong... However, I gave instructions one. at. the. time., and see how she dealt with customers who like to spoon feeding their instruction...Surprisingly she was patient, and had just followed along the instruction, maybe some back and forth...but she handled well without tone of complain or rush.The lady thanked our business after the transaction at the cashier, and waved goodbye.PS. the sandwich came out extra delicious :DToday is my experiment with this Subway and solely because of its bad reviews from the past. I just want to give this place a reasonable doubt; and I am glad I was right, that this Subway can give pleasant customer service.I will come back for my next Subway sandwich.

i tried to call and make an alteration because the app makes it difficult and was laughed at as if i wasn’t able to comprehend simple actions. i then went into the store because of the worker not being any help and was dismissed, ignored, and talked over the entire time. he supposedly has worked there for 15 years and had 0 customer service skills. not impressed.
