This is a lovely spot! You'd think it's mostly for the summer with the ceviches, but they have all sorts of tasty hot dishes perfect for all year round. We had the grilled shrimp entree and a seafood stew -- it was so warm, hearty, and delicious! I'd come back again in a heartbeat.

Just had Chef Artie's peruvian ceviche, even though he is Columbian and it's seriously mind-blowing! As a food lover who's tried a bunch of Peruvian ceviches, this unexpected burst of fresh flavors and super fresh fish in the middle of winter is a total game-changer. This is by far the best restaurant in the area. It was truly one of the most delicious meals we’ve ever had. We savored every bite and are already planning our return. We have been searching for seafood this fresh since we moved to the area last year. Highly recommend the ceviche mixto, the santo, and the shrimp buns. We want to try everything else on the menu because truly our meal was unreal. Highly recommend. 11/10. And the owner was so kind. We truly have been searching for ceviche in the US comparable to what we enjoyed during our international travels, and this is it (maybe even better)!! It’s a must. Don’t miss out on the shrimp buns!!

Just tried this wonderful restaurant! Food is fresh, and absolutely delicious. My husband tried the Santo Ceviche which was loaded with seafood. I had the grilled shrimp and it was also delicious. The green plantains with the jalapeño sauce, were yummy ! We would highly recommend this new restaurant. Go and grab a nice casual lunch/dinner!!!

The secret seemed to already get out about Santo Ceviche: this is the place to come for simple, fresh, authentic and non-authentic ceviche. This is complemented by a simple, clean ambiance with outdoor seating available.Add some plantain chips at the suggestion of a friendly counter staff and a solid, healthy meal can be attained in a strip mall that's full of culinary hits.Side note: we had planned on visiting Simply Southern, but they stopped seating over an hour before the posted hours on the door.
New restaurant with mainly Peruvian dishes but did not have a feel as a Peruvian restaurant...quite colorful ambiance a bit stark with metal chairs and diner look. We ordered three traditional dishes: causa de pollo, jalea and ceviche. The lady indicated they use flounder but the jalea and ceviche were definitely different fish. The jalea was delicious but pricey small portion compared to other Peruvian places we go to. The ceviche and causa were good. This would not be my 1st go to Peruvian but glad to have something nearby.

My family ate at the restaurant tonight. It was amazing. The food was so fresh and full of delicious flavors. We had the fish tacos, tuna tartare sandwich and the bowl with beef and fries. I couldn’t stop eat. Definitely will be going back and telling friends.
