Several times the food has “hair” on it, we all have mistakes, I understand it is human… but there are limits and rules of health and cleanliness… I told the manager of the store 260 route 206 south Hillsbrough Nj 08844… that the cooks should please use mesh for the hair, to which she answered I can't force them, that's why they wear "sports caps", (note: they don't cover all their hair with the cap, they bring their hair long and loose from my table where I saw the boys) which she argues that I can't do anything "I can't force them to use hair tape"Actually ? That's the way to talk to a customer who goes to that place very often who has already kindly reported to them several times that “there is hair in their food”??? If what the manager argues is true, I hope the bosses above her or the owners have the time and kindness to do something about it, because it is very disgusting to have hair in your food "it is incredible that they do nothing about it... ? I asked her He will kindly measure the address of that branch, a telephone number, and an email address where he can report the situation. Ironically, he replied… “Of course, here is the ticket in your account plus that number. If you call, I will answer you ?… arrogance, despotism, terrible attitude of the manager, unfortunately they have a minimal sense of power and they all feel powerful, untouchable... we all work out of necessity, no one is indispensable, and in restaurants you must know how to be cordial, kind, conscious, respectful and polite... even more so when the customer does too. It is with you and it is showing you with proof more than once your mistakes as a manager which is why you are not doing your job well... manager of that branch “IHOP#4670 service time 01:15pm Sunday April 21, 2024 if you don't like that look for another job where you are really happy and can do it well ??.

Got us seated right away but literally sat there for 15minute before anyone even asked us what type of drinks we wanted.The workers were very busy so we tried to be patient but after awhile groups that just came in were seated and order taken. We wat he'd a few waiters check in on their tables then stand up against the wall.We finally called someone over and she came from out the kitchen.When she spoke to 2 waitress it's like all of a sudden they RAN OVER!.DEFINITELY NOT A GOOD EXPERIENCE.

Went there with my family of 6, server took our drink order. He brought out everyone’s drinks BUT the babies. Then he takes out food order. Bring out everyone’s BUT mine and the babies. Finally get our food and my chicken on my sandwich is burnt and didn’t have the right things on it (missing Mayo and pickles and side of ranch) I had to go up to the front to ask for ranch and napkins because the sever was MIA. Then I ask them if I can just have a different piece of chicken for my sandwich and the MANAGER comes over and tells me, “this is how the chicken comes” and has an attitude and says you can get another piece of chicken but it’s going to take 6 minutes. I immediately got aggravated and told her nevermind. As a manager she could have been a little more professional. Maybe could have offered somthing else if the chicken was going to take to long. Idk but I never leave bad reviews. But this one took me away!
