The soda machine was broken when I visited, and I ordered from the Tractor Brand juice drinks. Go to Panera instead. This Saladworks charges you an extra $1.99 for extra dressing and does not inform you - just adds to your bill. No one answers the phone at corporate - mailbox is full. The worker that made my salad was very sweet. The woman who rang me up was not pleasant. I would rather give my money to a store that likes to have customers.

Ordered Grilled Chicken Mediterranean Salad for my wife. As good as she said the salad tasted, and there was no chicken. I paid for something and didn't get it. Guess its best if you are there to watch them make the order because they might skimp on something. Also didnt get a roll that was to come with the salad.

Every time I try and order now 95% they get the order wrong or they make substitutions without asking you if they're out of something. I've also had multiple times where the lettuce is brown and the vegetables and meats have gone bad and are slimy.

We stopped here in July 24, 2023 for lunch because it was in the same complex as another business that I had to visit that day. The place was clean and pretty empty when we entered. When we reached the counter for ordering we were greeted with a bunch of employees who would have preferred not to be there. The blue haired gentleman was nice but had a slight edge to his personality. He had a "one up on you" attitude. For example, my mother-in-law told him we were from Hawai`i, without missing a beat he replied "my uncle lives in Japan!". Why couldn't he let her have her say? The female workers were quite surly and just wanted to take our order quickly which made them a little agitated when we had questions. Changes to or uncertainties to an order were greeted with a roll of the eyes and an exasperated sigh. They do not deal well with seniors, so if you are in that category its best to go somewhere else where the workers realize that they will one day be in that same boat only worse because they are not very nice. I donʻt plan on returning here anytime soon as I live in Paradise and just visit my family once a year. This is not a place I would visit again nor would I suggest this place to anyone else. My prediction is that they will be out of business by my next visit. Oh, the food! Iʻve had better and better service too!

The food here is really good; however, with the bad attitude of the employees, I won't be returning. All of them seemed uninterested and rude. Some of the issue was a language barrier as some of them spoke very little English, but it wasn't just that. I got the impression that none of them were happy to be working there.If any manager is reading this and wants to work on employee morale and better public service, this was on July 24, 2023 at 12:50 pm.

I had placed a mobile order , they did not have the order I wanted so I asked for a refund . 3 workers there was very unprofessional and was unable to give me a refund . Said “I have to come back tomorrow morning when a manager is in because they were not trained to give refunds “ absolutely ridiculous

Was craving a salad and this place was the closest one that showed up. I should have read the reviews before driving there.Workers looked and acted like they didn’t want to be there. It wasn’t even a busy day when I went, it was two customers ahead of me.If you’re looking for frosty service. This is the place to visit.

Disappointing. The online menu has roasted broccoli and that's what I ordered. I went to pickup my salad and it had raw broccoli. I was told they "never" carry roasted broccoli at this location, but they cannot modify the online menu. This seems unlikely, but whether its franchise error or corporate design, offering things on the menu that don't exist and substituting without notification is a bad policy and makes for a disappointing experience.
