I go to Subway at least once or twice a week, this was by far one of the worst locations. Stingy on the toppings as well as my bread was like 2 days old. My rolll was literally as hard as a Rock.

Listen, I understand we are in the middle of a pandemic and I also understand that covid numbers are rising again. So let me make myself clear, if you are going to be a restaurant that requires a mask, and someone does not have a mask on them, that restaurant should at least have extra masks on stand by and not make you drive all the way back home just to pick up one. I drove all the way out here just to get a meal and this is absolutely ridiculous that they don't have masks on standby. In New Jersey right now they havent required people to wear masks everywhere again. So it's not fair when some companies require them and some don't. How do we know which ones do and don't? We don't. So again it only makes sense that u carry some on standby for people who don't carry them around all the time. I work at a retail place and we don't require masks and we have masks tons of them just to give to customers. If you are going to do this you need to have masks on standby because not everybody is going to have them on themselves.

I went to this location over 30 times in past 3+ years, i've been in Hillsborough and i never had a decent sandwich here till date. They are always stingy about the amount of chicken or other meat they give in a sandwich and the taste is never good either.

First timer here .. actually loved it .. the veggies were fresh ... we had veggie patty and chicken foot longs and it was good. Nominal rates too. Good space to sit and eat. Cookies were fresh and good.. quick and friendly service .. ample parking here .. covid protocols followed here .. thumbs up..

I ordered on the app Friday April 23rd and the order stated it would be ready by 1230 in the afternoon. When I came in AFTER 1230 to pick it up, the women hadn't even started yet.She seemed prettt grumpy from the start.I waited for the order and also had wanted a soup for one of the people I was ordering for. They didnt have soup on the app, so when i asked her about it, she grumpily shrugged her shoulders like she didnt care. So instead of asking me if i had wanted soup, she just ignored me. When I finally asked for chicken noodle, she stated that it was the only one she didnt have, how convienient.I had also ordered a sandwich with turkey and lettuce only. Somehow that sandwich managed to end up ONLY half correct and the other half had cheese. Which i did not ask for.In addition, the lettuce was soggy and brown when we opened the sandwich to eat. Gross.Not sure how this location went so badly downhill, but wow. No thanks !
