The weather was nice today. Sun was out, the sunroof was open. Went for a drive with my niece and stopped in to Sweet Parlor Ice Cream Shop in Hilllsborough for some sweet treats. I had not been through Hillsborough in a while and decided to check out was was new in town to me. This place was great! They had some unique offerings that I took an interest in immediately. We decided to try the U-Be My Bae Sundae and the Sweet Tea Bubble Waffle Sundae. They looked great, and more importantly tasted even better! Not overly sweet and the different textures of crunch, creamy, and soft bites were all present and quite pleasant. I will definitely be back to try the other items on the menu. Thank you Sweet Parlor for tending to my craving!

Highly recommend. The ice cream is delicious, and new flavors are always getting rotated in. The bubble waffles are out of this world. The service is incredible, and the owner is so friendly! 12/10 stars!
This is a great new ice cream spot in Hillsborough. The ice cream is homemade and the quality really shows. They also have a ton of unique flavors that you won't get at a typical ice cream parlor around here such as Ube Brownie, Thai milk tea, and my personal favorite, the honeydew passion fruit. The ice cream itself is extremely creamy and high quality and there are plenty of toppings to choose from or you can get it in a freshly made bubble waffle cone and topped with their in house whipped cream. Not all the flavors will be crowd pleasers, they had a sriracha lime flavor I did not like but it's that kind of creatively that allows them to have great unique flavors I would not even think of. The only downside is the price, two triple scoops will run you about $20 but if you're looking for a treat, the extra cost is definitely worth it.

Homemade unique flavors that you won't get anywhere else plus the nicest staff. What else can you ask for? I recently got the Taiwanese pineapple cake flavor that was really really good. Honestly we come here way to often.
