Just visited New Jersey for the first time on Friday in February 2024! Stopped by this shop with some colleagues and it was phenomenal. Rafael is very passionate about his craft and the food is beautiful! Stop by here and grab some pastries. The croissant had dozens of laminated layers (I think he said over 40!) Highly recommend.
Some of the best croissants I’ve ever had. We tried various pastries and loved them all. The chocolate mousse they made was the richest and smoothest mousse I’ve ever eaten. We also tried a churro/croissant pastry that was wonderful. Their macrons are also amazing. They melt in your mouth.
