We were in the area and wanted to grab a bite so we walked in. No greetings. Waited 5 min standing around, not one person acknowledged us. Asked if we can sit and the lady at the register said go ahead. Didn’t get any menus. Decided to leave.

The food I received was not good at all!! Maybe it’s because I shouldn’t have ordered the Mac n cheese was nasty! Greens taste like garlic yams taste like potato with syrup thrown on it. Then when called then about switching the order they gave me hard time worrying about $18.

I visit this place about once a month. The staff is friendly it gives a kind of homely ambience. The food is good I haven't had a complaint yet the prices are ok I feel like they may b a tad bit too much but with inflation in mind it's very reasonable. Nice size portions especially if you eat in.

My favorite place to order food. I definitely suggest checking out their black beans or black-eyed peas if you ever thought you didn't like them. Chicken N waffles are great. The portions let you know they actually care about the customer experience. Bilingual, so you don't have to worry about order issues. Great spot for breakfast, lunch, or that weird grey area we call brunch.
