This place was bright and well-lit. The staff were friendly and kind. I felt incredibly welcomed. They had a LOT of traffic while I was there. It's clear that they're doing something that works for a lot of people. I probably won't be visiting again, however. I came from out of town hoping for a bagel unlike what I can get at home. These were chewy with a tough exterior. Toasting helped, but ultimately, I was kind of dissatisfied. If you prefer your bagels a bit more substantial than the grocery store bakery, these will suit you fine. But the customer service is where Lord's really shines.

They are very nice and accommodating bagel shop. They are welcome to all people and food is amazing. They do everything with lots of love ❤️ . Also they are fast and easy, I’m looking forward to going back!!!!!
