The fact that I ordered a brownie sundae and was not told till after my ice cream ? and brownie was already in the cup that there was no hot fudge due to the machine not working was really a bummer because I would rather had the choice of not wanting it before hand of it being put together and me then saying never mind for two wrongs don’t make it right so I spend money just to through it away really pissed me off on top of not getting a “sorry I should of notified you before hand” is what really made me more upset. Due to me feeling bad in saying I don’t want it after it being served! Food for thought more training in costumer service will make the place a lot more better! Best wishes ✌️

After grabbing dinner with a couple of friends, we opted to get dessert. We were in between bubble tea and ice cream and the ice cream won out. When we arrived, my friend immediately approached the counter and started ordering since he knew what he wanted. I was still looking at the options and really had to use the restroom, so I kindly asked to use the restroom while my friend was being taken care of so that we could kill two birds with one stone, so to speak. I was told that, "bathrooms are only for customers." I understand having rules to protect the integrity and cleanliness of the business, but we were already in the process of ordering and bringing business to them; we weren't looking to run out right after. That didn't really sit well with me - not the end of the world, but it could have gone better, in my opinion. Aside from that, once we had all ordered and received our ice cream, we found a place to sit and just enjoy the rest of the evening. I wasn't crazy about how the visit began, but it ended better than it started, thankfully.

Today was busy day as was Hoboken Fall Festival. After I purchased ice cream for family , I asked for key to bathroom. Was given key then told it was closed. They took my money but wouldn't let me use bathroom. Terrible Business!

The ice cream is ok. Not worth the price they charge per ball and cone. Also, staff on the shop ask for tips, which is a ridiculous joke!You ask for tips when you provide a service such as waiters and bar tenders, you don’t ask for tips when your job is purely put an ice cream in a cone and you have ZERO interaction with the customer.It is a no no for me.

Love the oatmeal dream pie non-dairy flavor. Really appreciate the friendly service this afternoon on a holiday! Only suggestion for Ben & Jerry's is to offer a 1 scoop small size.

Trip down memory lane. Haven't had Ben and Jerry's since childhood, and the flavor did not skip a beat. Chunky monkey for the win, still how I remember it. The shop itself is small but has indoor and outdoor seating. Cherry Garcia will be my next trip.
