I went to the restroom to wash my hands before buying ice cream and while there was no sign, it said out of service while the door was open. I was treated with prejudice as if I was not a customer. I didn't make any purchases because of the employees' poor behavior.

It is a very nice place. Its was my first time here and i would definitely say they are one of the best. The ice cream was good and the chocolate waffle they prepared was very fresh. Also they were making it newly fresh so it was added bonus for us. The staff is really friendly and working hard to make the experience pleasant. I know it takes time but patience is the key as they are putting in effort to make it unique. There are many flavors personally i liked the Oreo one and birthday remix. They offer milkshakes and cakes as well. It is a bit expensive but worth the try.

My last visit to this location was around a year ago, when an intense mildew smell caused me to immediately exit the store without even placing an order. I happened to be in the area again yesterday, 7/5 and was hoping for a different outcome. Although I wasn't overwhelmed by the odor of mildew during this visit, this place is an absolute mess. There are various items littered across counter, which is the complete opposite of the cleanliness that I have experienced at other Cold Stone locations and the location in general is just in disarray. The two employees (including an individual with glasses who seems to be referenced in previous reviews) had absolutely no sense of urgency or professionalism. The 2 waffle cups that I ordered were either stale or overbaked and were very hard. The most absurd (and comical) part of my visit was when the employee with glasses tried to arrange marijuana purchases with not 1 but 2 different customers. The quality of the ice cream was as expected and is the only reason I was not completely dissatisfied with my visit.
Best experience I have ever got. Everytime I visit store every employee is ready to explain you all the flavours in detail so that you can make a perfect choice for eating your favourite ice cream rather than regretting on your choice. If you are chocolate lover then its Must try flavour “chocolate devotion” and for fruit lover its “banana caramel crunch”

We ordered chocolate ice cream with extra chocolate chips and whole cherries ?. So delicious ? We believe this is the best ice cream combination.

Store manager and the staff is very rude and not cooperative. They can’t even speak english properly and communicate with the customers.They charged me extra for whipped cream which is usually free at ALL the other cold stone locations and also on their website. When I asked for an explanation the manager couldn’t answer and didn’t make any sense at all!!

Ordered delivery twice, and both times it after waiting longer than an hour It was cancelled by drivers because they said 'it can't be fulfilled". Which means that CSC was probably just not making the delivery orders. Really great service...

Pretty disappointing. Used to come here every once in a while. Stopped by last night and it was pretty terrible inside. Tables are a disgusting mess and broken. Ice cream was ok. But the environment is absolutely horrible. The store needs a insanely deep cleaning. The table was a mess and the employee came to clean it with the dirtiest smelly rag I’ve ever seen. It had literally been sitting in a bucket with black dirty water. How the health department doesn’t penalize them is a mystery.
Place was dirty and dingy.
