I stopped in after hearing all the raving reviews of the Thursday Special - although the sandwich wasn’t necessarily my absolute favorite (I’m not much of a hot sandwich person and would normally opt for an Italian combo), it’s hard to argue with the freshness of the ingredients and the amount of care they put into their craft! The staff is very lively and friendly, and the food is still very good! I will absolutely be back to explore more of their menu!

The woman at the counter did not change gloves between handling cash and making the sandwiches. When I asked her about it, she said "what do you expect me to do, change gloves every time?!" Then she started acting very rude. It was a very unpleasant experience.

Walked in feeling like total tourist, but the staff behind the counter were really great about running down the menu options. Ended up with the Italian which was a smash hit. The fresh mozzarella is legit. Definitely recommend for anyone looking for an authentic deli experience.
Incredible sandwiches, super friendly staff. First time visitor they gave me a sample of the homemade mozzarella, it’s fabulous. If your sandwich hunting, this is a must visit.FYI they don’t have seating. there’s some outside benches around you can sit at if you’re looking to eat right away, weather permitting.

Delicious home made fresh mozzarella. My family loves the homemade fresh hot peppers. The bread is always fresh & food never disappoints. Staff is friendly & personable. They make best roast beef sandwiches with homemade au jus.

Their Italian Capocollo is to die for. Better than prosciutto. Great smoked Muzz. Delicious sausages. I rate it as the best place to buy cheeses and cold cuts in Hoboken. I shop here weekly. They also make good sandwiches.Vegetarian options: They'll make you almost any type of vegetarian sandwich, you request. They have very good roasted peppers, artichokes, and a great cheese selection to choose from.Parking: Except for the weekends when they're very busy, they have a parking lot where you can always find a spot.Wheelchair accessibility: You can enter into the shop with a wheelchair and order.
