I would definitely not recommend this place due to the following reason - they DO NOT provide you with a proper itemized invoice. They charge you for taxes but do not tell you what the numbers look like. The cashier came up with some random number and a bill with just the total and when asked for the split, he argued and was trying to explain that this is all we get. They also have cash only and the ATM includes additional charges. If it’s cash only, shouldn’t there be a signage at the very front?

I ordered 2 large pies the pizza had a good taste but one of my pies I ordered sausage topping on the pie for $20. It tasted good but not enough sausage only a few pieces on each slice. For $3 for extra toppings on a pie I highly recommend more sausage on the pizza.I do not know if I got charge a delivery charge? I will ask if I call again. My seniors liked the pizza but complained few sausage but it was good! I had a slice.

Ordered Penne vodka and Fettuccini Alfredo pastas, along with one plate of garlic bread. I would avoid this place at all costs going forward because of the following reasons:1. The billing was unexplained and random. The owner calculated prices which were much higher than the ones on the menu, refused to give an itemized bill and REFUSED card payment of any sort. He charged 7% tax and still refused to give any bill. On asking him for one, he was rude, used derogatory language and refused to divulge and information. He first told us it costed $74 and then randomly said it was $61 when we asked him to breakdown the bill. He still didn’t give us an itemized list of costs he included. (Bill he gave after arguing is included below)2. The food wasn’t great - nyc and nj have great penne vodka options and for the high ratings this place wasn’t good. The sauce was undercooked.3. There was no water available except for purchase. Both a water bottle (small) and coke bottle (small) cost $3.50 each.4. No real plates were given for the garlic bread, just bad quality paper plates even for dine in customers.

This was my first time trying Giovanni's after living in Hoboken for four years, and I kind of wish I tried it sooner. We kept our NYE tradition of ordering a pizza, but this year, we got to order a couple of pies since we were having some friends over and were planning to stay in. We ordered the Giovanni's Special pizza (Pepperoni, mushroom, sausage, peppers, and onion) and the Chicken Bacon Ranch pizza. Both were a hit. Honestly, you can't go wrong with the special pizza. It's a classic. The CBR as well - what's not to love about it? But people seemed to like the special more since that one was all gone. The CBR didn't heat up that well the next day because the chicken and bacon becomes dried out. Guess that's just a sign to eat it all on the first day! Will definitely be ordering from here more often and trying some of their other pies!

I only ordered the eggplant parmesan personal pizza. I found the breading of the eggplant, but never found the eggplant itself, so it felt like a pizza with breaded crumble on top. Not my liking. The 2 waiters that I interacted with, were very nice, but very disperse.... took a long time to put my order in, I requested olive oil, and they brought it to the table next to mine, which was empty. I did sit outside and that was nice.

Pizza was tasteless and greasy. Didnt even have condiments on table... had to universally share with everyone at the counter. Refills on fountain drink was extra. Costly meal .. not worth it.

Ordered a pizza and arrived for pick up about 10 minutes before it came out the oven. It was oily, warm but not hot, and pizza base was as cardboard as Benny Turdinos. Will never go back. NEVER

Cool curbside eatery. Clean environment. The pizza must have some special ingredient because after I ate it I was euphorically high- literally! I caught euphoria after eating my two favorite pizza’s Cioa Bella and Buffalo. The calamari was slamming bamming! Lightly fried, crispy skin and soft inside with a spicy sweet sauce really nailed it. The fountain water is horrible so get bottled water instead. The Italian icee gets 5 stars for authenticity. Customer service was not so good on my first visit, however, after speaking to the manager he was very understanding and willing to make things right which he did. Thanks Frank! On my second visit it appeared customer service improved and my experience was great and now I look forward to my 3rd visit soon. Overall, I give this eatery 4.5 stars because the only thing missing here is “FREE GOOD TASTING FRESH WATER!”

This was my 2nd time coming here because the pizza was pretty good but this time I ordered and picked up pizza and buffalo wings for the 40 min drive home from work and the wings was terrible, taste very old and look old. So I will not be going back there again, because they should've known better c'mon. And I was craving wings all day smh, upset and disappointed. If you order wings from here check them. Again, the pizza is pretty good, dough is a little on the tough side but good pizza. Just hope I don't get sick now from those old wings.

Recently we had Pizza, Margherita and also Garlic Knots .along with Risotto Balls. My personal opinion about the preparations is that the food is moderate and nothing to rave about. The Jalapenos were too sour, perhaps it was preserved and that affected the taste of the Pizza. The Rissotto Balls were also moderate in taste.

Both times I've been to this location, I've picked up the pizza and drove it 3 blocks and it's been ice cold. ICE COLD. If you want Napoli's, go to the Clinton location. Both times I've called them and they won't take any responsibility. They couldn't care less. You'd get better service with Domino's.

Enjoyed a lovely summer afternoon lunch with family here in our native town. Sat outside, reminiscing while indulging in some great food! Our "go-to" place!???

I recently took out some business clients to lunch at Napoli's and was surprised how good their salads and pizza were. My friend had spaghetti and meatballs and he enjoyed it. I had a great spinach salad and enjoyed the view of Washington Street on a real nice weather day outside in Napoli's Cafe. We get take outs quite often from this restaurant and it is always good.

Titles says it all. What you don’t see is the poor service I received a long time customer. Not offered a new pie, just $5 off a future purchase. Which won’t happen. Infinite pizza options in Hoboken.

We stopped in for a quick lunch. We each grabbed a slice of pizza (meat lover’s) and enjoyed the good service and tasty pizza. Very inexpensive.
