Terrible business, rude and disrespectful employees who barely speak english. I spent over $2000 here between 2023 and 2024 and I asked them to give me a sandwich which I would pay back on Friday (it's Wednesday) they said no its too much money. I'll never come here again, say good bye to thousands of dollars from a very loyal customer. Hudson bagels has better coffee and sandwiches anyway.

They took my order wrong, charged me to remake it, and kept the other bagel. Spend your money

Decent bagels but the woman at the cash register is hostile and rude. This place can also get very chaotic and disorganized. They will upcharge you on everything (such as a $1 upcharge for a flagel) without telling you. It ends up being an unpleasant experience.

Do not order online on a busy day. They can not handle their orders and you will not get your food unless you ask for them to make it. Especially do not pay before you receive your food because you will have to call your credit card to get your money back! This place is on my leave in 2023 list.

Emphasize toasted bagel when ordering here. Rarely is toasted due to high volume. Nice people but average at best

The bagels are great; however, I ordered a chicken cutlet on a roll and it was just terrible. It was possibly the skinniest chicken cutlet I have ever seen and it was mainly breading. They charged $12 for a sandwich with just lettuce and onions. Refrain from ordering anything but bagels or breakfast sandwiches. The worst sandwich I had in my life

The bagels and breakfast sandwiches are definitely good, but not great like many of the reviews might make you think.

Not much to look at and service is sub par but food is outstanding. Let’s be honest, you aren’t going there for ambience, you are going for great food and awesome bagels… for that they certainly don’t disappoint.

I ordered a tofu scallion on a plain bagel which cost $6.69. $6.69 for a plain bagel and cream cheese should be a crime. Yes I understand it’s “tofu spread” but if you’re going to charge $6.69 for spread at least fill the bagel up with said spread. I spent almost $7 bucks for essentially a plain bagel.
