They bent all my friends IDs even though we were well above 21 years old!!! Do not go here!!!! They do not care about you or what you have to say! We had to call the cops and have them prove our age just to get our IDs back. Please hire people who know what they are doing, this is absolutely ridiculous and we will tell everyone we know to avoid this bar forever. You cost us $40 to get a new ID aftwr bending ours!!!! So insane

Always a good time! You have spirits, games and easy going folks. Fun underground dive spot on Washington St to satisfy your dive-y needs. Bring friends! Don't have any? No problem, make some there! Cheers

This place absolutely saved me with a big client… there were NO places to have a zoom meeting in the neighborhood- Starbucks, Panera, blue cafe, McDonald’s…. I asked and this place was beyond perfect!! I had an outlet and incredibly fast Wi-Fi. If you need a place to work for an hour come here!! A+ EVERYTHING.

Really affordable prices, like insane cheap. Our bartender was kinda hostile but probably because of the hour.Anyway, cute little spot.

Cozy dive bar in Hoboken. Our beers unfortunately tasted watered down which was disappointing. The bathroom is super tight. They do have a pool table in the back but we weren't able to play since it was already being used, I believe you have to pay to use them anyway.

Solid dive bar with happy hour everyday until 7 PM. We got two drinks for under $15, which is a steal. Cozy indoor seating accompanied by a pool table and several TVs for the game, with optional outdoor seating. Service was great - friendly helpful staff who knew how to properly pour a Guinness.

Love this place! It's a local bar worth stopping in for a drink or even a game of pool! Although, it's not a restaurant that serves food you can bring in whatever you want to eat! The perfect "BYOF". The bartenders are friendly and make you always feel like you are welcome and apart of the family! It's a must try!

The best bar in Hoboken. Friendly and welcoming staff and regulars, make you feel like one of their own. Its a spot with a proud history and tradition. Great prices and even greater happy hour.

Fun and intimate bar atmosphere with a pool table and several TVs, frequented by locals. Good selection of beers and liquors available at very fair prices. The two bartenders we talked to were friendly and attentive. The men’s bathroom was like the size of a coat closet which made it funny; I didn’t mind but someone with mobility issues may have trouble.Would definitely return.

Place is going downhill. Owner raised the price of the pool table to $2 and does not make regulars feel welcome. I'm literally on his bar's pool team and have been chased off the table the last four times I've been here. Was playing pool and nearly booted from the back table so the owner could let random guys play darts...free darts. Mind you, I've been a regular for six years and the owner doesn't even recognize me or my group. If you're trying to play pool, you'd be better off getting to The Shannon or Play! Hoboken - the owners are actually trying to cultivate a good pool atmosphere. LJs is just that dive bar you jump into to get an overpriced drink on your way to a fun bar.Final note - he removed all rap from the jukebox. He's that kind of guy in 2023.
