"Muteki Ramen is the best ramen in Hoboken. We have been visiting this location since they opened during COVID. Excellent customer service, very welcoming atmosphere, and delicious food. Their noodle texture is the best. We love the general manager . “DERICK” every time we visit, he always welcomes us like family."

This the kind of people the General manager is. Apparently I’m not skinny enough to work there and I have no experience in the restaurant industry yet I was not taught on my first day. The General manager was on his phone majority of the time.

The restaurant is dimly lit and traditionally decorated. We truly loved the relaxing ambiance of the place. The staff were all very courteous and attentive. We walked in and were promptly seated. When you walk in you can see the noodles being made fresh on site which was pretty cool. The menu has an extensive selection of appetizers, ramen, entrees, and desserts. We ordered the shumai, gyoza, black garlic oil tonkotsu ramen, green tea, and Thai Iced Tea. The appetizers were brought out fairly quickly and were very fresh, hot, and delicious. The ramen noodles were perfectly chewy and absorbed the flavor of the decadent pork broth. The ramen is also a very generously sized portion so come hungry! The thai ice tea was so sweet creamy and refreshing. Perfect ending to an all round great meal. We will definitely be back to sample other menu options.

Had the Yuzu Shio ramen - mildly spiced broth and yet citrusy. Loved it!! The fried oysters were delicious and crunchy. Its location was perfect right on Washington St.

It has its own self-homemade ramen and udon. Personally, I love its udon more than its ramen. Moreover, its ramen broth is a bit salty. Overall, I will definitely go back for its udon again.

Only ramen show in town, pretty much. Muteki unfortunately suffers from the same pervasive price-to-portion ratio issues with newer eateries opening on Washington Street. Those retail rents crush overhead and without a liquor license, the businesses need to really exploit the profit margins on food. The ramen was okay, lower tier than Totto or Ippudo in the city. I didn't feel like the broth was as rich and flavorful as a 'blow me away' ramen place would serve. It was decent though. As I mentioned, the $18 bowl of ramen was slightly on the meager side portion-wise. We ordered, and it seemed like they ladeled some noodles and warm (not hot) broth into a bowl, tossed in some knick knacks, and brought it out. Boom. 18 bucks. No other complaints about the service. More of a sushi joint ambience, with the dim blue lighting. Seating is limited. BYOB is a plus. If the ramen bowl was $12, the $18 bowl had about 30% more noodles and I left full, or it was unbelievably good, I would be a regular here. It's just fairly average and expensive for what you get. That said, I would come back here to try other menu items with my own bottle of sake.

Placed an order on Grubhub and was missing half my meal so I requested a refund. The store manager called me claiming I got the order for free but if order a chicken penne vodka and you give me just dry noodles and a side of dry chicken I should pay for that? I’m supposed to pay 20 bucks for half a meal and give tip?

4.5* Wanted ramen on a cold night and this was one of the options! Partner and I walked in and there were only 2 groups. As the night went on it definitely got more crowded and there's not too much seating so I think there ended up being a bit of a wait. Started out with ordering the chicken karage which was alright! Not the best thing ever, but tasted decent. Then I ordered the kimchi ramen which was AMAZING. Super rich broth & the pork was super good. Noodles were a bit thinner than I'm used to but still tasted good. Great and hearty and so yummy. Loved their ramen! Definitely would be back to try more of their menu. Definitely a great spot to check out!

.Came in town from LA and love ramen so of course I had to find ramen while on vacation. Cute Ramen place in Hoboken with good service, kind staff and yummy food. Close walking distance to lots of shops Love the flavor of the broth and meat. I love noodles and thought the portion of noodles was perfect with option to pick thin or thick. Goyza was super delicious too. Not many people on a Monday night at the time we went but steady flow of people coming in for their to go orders! Would definitely come back if I'm in town.
