Solid - old school vibes. Sandwich was good, everyone should check out this spot atleast 1x! We tried a cheesesteak with onions and fries. (Asked for peppers but it wasn't on sandwich, we later saw a small jar on the bar that looked like it was for customers but unsure tbh) overall great little lunch! Plenty of seating inside too which was great (and unexpected!)! Cheers!

Went here for the first time and it will definitely not be the last, this is a place you tell people about when they are visiting the area, and bring friends for a great meal. I’m happy to see this place has been thriving since 1955, because it is well deserved!

Finally after 8 years of living in town I pulled the trigger and made my way into Piccolo's. A hoboken LANDMARK. What they lack in overall quality they make up in absolute STYLE. Cash only, greasy spoon that will win you over with charm and nostalgia. Not a traditional "Philly Cheesesteak" but if you are craving a steak sandwich, it scratches your itch. Just a breathe of fresh air, in a world filled with Shake-Shacks, we must keep these hometown joints alive. Here's to another 70 years!
