I gave this place multiple attempts to redeem themselves, but they have failed each time.All of these situations happened specifically when I ordered from UberEats. So it's better if you went to their store so you can see what they're doing to your bowl.-One time, I found a stablein my poke bowl. Yup, you read that right.-At one point, they drenched the rice with sauce to the point where it was too salty.-I ordered salmon and tuna as my toppings. Instead, I received tuna and shrimp. What if I had an allergy to shrimp?-Recently, they've been putting less in your bowl. I remember just a few months ago, they filled my bowl to the brim.Do better and reevaluate your staff members.

I placed an order a few days ago and was very disappointed. Ordered a bowl with two proteins, a miso soup add on, and a taro boba milk tea. The add on was missing, the bowl had a giant scoop of wasabi (a dangerous amount compared to the typical small dosage), the bowl was only 3/4 full, and the boba was disintegrating in the milk tea. Overall one of the worst poke delivery orders I've ever had and will not be ordering from here again.

I ordered a bowl and for my sauces I asked for spicy mayo and ponzu sauce and when it arrived, my bowl was swimming in spicy mayo go the point I couldn’t even eat it! Like who would ever want a bowl with as much as they put in mine?
Really like this place, I love being able to build my own poke bowl and the sauces are delicious! (Chili garlic oil and sweet teriyaki are my fave) their service is quick and the ambience is chill. I always get the ahi tuna with half of tofu or chicken on a bed of mixed greens and a scoop of brown rice (props to healthier quick options!) Great toppings and mix ins like different seaweed salads, mango, garlic and onion chips plus more! Service is always quick when I visit during lunch time.

I just received my order from this location. The manager on duty basically told me I'm a liar when I told her there's no sauce. She actually said to come in a check the cameras.Look a the picture. No sauce.If she added sauce then it must've been a teaspoon because mine was supposed have 3 types and my wife had 2. (FYI mine had spicy mayo but there was none).Not going here again. Bad attitude. Uneducated manager. She was super rude. I asked for a refund and she flipped out. She could've just kindly counter offered something else (we spent $40 on Ubereats). I've been visiting your restaurant since launch and my wife and I love it. We know what all the sauces taste like, and we know if there's sauce or not. I can tell if a spicy mayo was added in or not... She just said come in to watch the camera with the GM. There's a much kinder way to tell a customer that they can't get money back, like "we're sorry for that inconvenience, but please come in again and we'll make it right, etc". If I owned this franchise and heard my staff talking like that to customers I'd be pissed.
