Staff is great and one of the only places in Hoboken that you can get all 3 of the below: - good food - large portion size - fair price

I wish this place had good french fries. Instead, they are soggy boiled potatoes

Gigi’s Cafe and RestaurantGigi’s was so cute and delightful. I had a quick grab and go bacon, ham, egg and cheese sandwich and it was so tasty and so cheap.I absolutely will be stopping here again if in the area and in a hurry!

Cheers!

I’ve ordered delivery from this place a number of times, and about 50% of the time the order was completely wrong. When they get it right, the food is delicious, but it’s frustrating to get the wrong thing on multiple occasions. For example, I ordered a bacon egg and cheese on a hard roll: specified American cheese, kaiser roll, and eggs fried over well. I got scrambled eggs on a brioche bun with cheddar. How did they get every single choice wrong?

Food: Sandwich was yummy, had to ask for a side condiment bc it felt like it needed something or else it just felt dry (not in terms of the chicken being dry, but bc it literally had no sauce). Tiramisu however, goes crazy! In other words, soft, subtly sweet, and melts in your mouth. Amazing! Service: Good! Kind and caring. Ambiance: You can sit down, but it's more of a take out place. Not bad though, very surprised.

I had a terrible experience with Gigi’s yesterday. After they were recommended to me by several hoboken moms, I placed an order for a tray of buttered penne with marinara on the side for 30 kids. I paid the 10% surcharge for delivery. A few kids tried to eat the pasta and couldnt, then a couple moms told me the penne was barely cooked, as in you could taste the crunch of the raw pasta. when I called to inform Gigi’s of the situation and ask for a replacement delivery, the person who picked up was quite rude. He told me he didn’t have time for my order and sarcastically told me to bring him the pasta so he could see that it was truly uncooked. Needless to say I will not be ordering from there again, nor will the other moms who planned this gathering with me.

I posted asking for the best Chicken Salad in a local Hoboken Facebook group and Gigi's was the most recommended place. I am writing this after having the chicken salad sandwich. This hands down is the best one I have had in Hoboken. I highly recommend if you are local or visiting. I am so happy I found this place.

Simple egg sandwich on multigrain bread. I watch the avocado sandwich and pancakes tool by and saw they were cooked to perfection., Quaint and superior service thank you.

I had not planned on visiting this little establishment, but I'm glad I did. I was in the area from out of state. Everyone was extremely friendly. I was trying to find a dessert or pastry and a hot drink on a cold, rainy Saturday. I was able to get a couple of recommendations from staff.I'm planning to go back sometime and try some other menu items. I had the pumpkin pie latte, which was delicious and a couple of cannolis. They are always a favorite dessert whenever I visit an Italian restaurant or cafe! Hopefully, I can sit outside the next time I'm in the area and it's a sunny day.Parking: Parking around Hoboken can be a bit of a challenge but this establishment is on a Main Street and it's very walkable in the area. If you can't find parking directly in front of the restaurant there's definitely something up the block or around the corner. Just be prepared.Wheelchair accessibility: Even though it's a smaller place, I'm pleased to say you could see how accessible it was. I sometimes have to use a quad cane and I do have loved ones who have some accessibility issues as well, I know they could get inside and move around comfortably. A wheelchair user could get in, order takeout, or eat in. I did not have a chance to check out restrooms though.
