I was there for the first time today. We planned on sitting inside the restaurant but the music was EXTREMELY loud. Like you couldn't hear the person to you. Like a club at 2am. We sat outside and froze our butts off instead. Would never go back. The veggie burger was good though.

Way too loud, couldn't hear anyone across the table. Check was so confusing, entree prices didn't match the menu during bottomless brunch which made it really difficult to check that everything was correct or split the bill among my friends. Sent back a sandwich with short rib on it because it was truly drowning in sauce and the bottom bread was wet. Their excuse was I should have had the coleslaw, which I think would have also been wet, but I don't like that and asked for my sandwich without it. Didn't realize bottomless brunch was legal here again, +1 star for the offering and the fact the mimosas were decent. Wish they weren't pre-mixed for us though. Birthday boy generally enjoyed his burger. Entrees took a while to come out and I thought Mac and cheese tasted very processed.

I came here as a big group to celebrate a friends birthday. The vibe is overall party vibes so definitely a place to consider if celebrating. The music was quite loud which made it a little difficult to engage in conversation but it wasn't overbearing. We opted for the boozy brunch with Bellini, sangria, and pineapple mimosa. The Bellini was my favorite and well balanced. I did not enjoy the sangria at all (I think it had some type of brandy or other dark liquor) but others at the table enjoyed. I had chicken and waffles as my entree, and while the chicken was seasoned well, it was a little dry and did not taste freshly fried. The waffle also tasted like the average waffle made at a hotel and was not my favorite. There seemed to be a general consensus that the food was pretty average. Not bad but not great. I probably would not be back but I will say they made sure our drinks were refilled quickly so I appreciate that!

Located on the Hoboken waterfront, this American restaurant has a prime location with outdoor and indoor seating available. Looking at the staff this looks more like Latin than an American restaurant. The ambiance is pretty good and modern while the vibe is pretty chill. The server was friendly and was helpful when consulted regarding the dishes. For food, we ordered a trio dip, which is nachos and pita bread accompanied by guac, hummus and tzatziki sauce as dips. The pita bread was crisp, whereas the nachos seemed to be ready while the dips were fresh, I liked the guac and hummus, The tzatziki felt a bit sour to me. Chicken quesadilla was the next. It was topped with guac, the chicken was rightly seasoned and braised while the quesadillas were more crisp than soft, not sure if it's actually fresh or just pre heated. The last one we ordered was fried calamari, it seemed to have lacked salt though it has the right crisp while accompanied by marinara and ranch on the side. The ranch was creamy though. Overall the restaurant is a decent place to grab your food but it's terribly overpriced I felt. Either they can improve the quantity of food for the price or one can find better and cheaper options than this place!

I went today for lunch and I was satisfied! We ordered empanadas and the Mac and cheese which were were good and the steak tacos which were okay but nothing special. Very nice place and vibes and I’ll come back for the burgers which looked really good!

Very over priced. $23 for a Caesar salad, you can at least give a decent portion and make sure the lettuce isn’t brown around the edges. Tortillas for the tacos were cold and cracked when bent. Service was slow and impersonal. Plenty of other options. It was nice to eat out on the sidewalk with a view of Manhattan but that’s not worth the prices.

We really like the food at The Ainsworth but twice now we have had to leave before ordering because the music is at an ear-piecing level which does not allow any dinner conversation. If you want to turn it into a club, why not wait until after 10 pm when most have eaten dinner and until then play the music over that powerful sound system at a more normal level? I regularly attend concerts that are at lower decibels than dinner at The Ainsworth. We will only attempt to come back in the summer when there is outdoor seating available.

Dinner and drinks, about 190 plus tip...2 shots of Clase Azul at the bar 80 plus AUTOMATIC GRATUITY OF 20% ...equalling $101 w/ tax...One more drink, skinny, spicy marg, at the bar, $18 plus tip...My question being...why on earth, am I getting automatic tip on 2 shots of clase azul and not everything else? I am paying $16 tip for 2 shots?Logically, please make it make sense...definitely never again for latin night.

Really can’t complain. The service was excellent. Our waitress was very sweet. The drinks were decent- we got the seasonal flight. The food was pretty good. It was a very cold and rainy day during the week and we had a relatively early dinner. So the crowd was minimal, making for a cozy atmosphere.

Music is so loud you can barely have a conversion -- the bar added 20% gratuity which unfortunately we didn't notice so ended up tipping double

We like Ainsworth for the ambience and music. The food itself is just alright. $23 for a basically cup of caesar salad is a rip off. The drinks are okay too and on bar with other bar and grills in the area. Id say if you like rnb music and care for decor its a good spot for brunch or to just grab a drink by the water. For a filling meal, id go to another nearby spot.

Jay was amazing today. He was attentive, and let us enjoy our St. Patty’s Day debauchery! The service was never lacking, and he even indulged us in table side conversation.
