Lovely place for a coffee date or a work day from cafe. The place is relaxing and has kids play area in the end of the hall which gives a delightful vibe. The seasonal drinks are very cool. The spring special coffees were awesome, I had the Frenchie. The also have good wifi to work and read from there.

It is very cute coffee shop located in the heart of Hoboken. The interior color palette has a sort of feminine touch to it;which is great. The coffee is pretty amazing, one of the best in the area. They have wifi and ample seating space. One thing I want to highlight is that it also has a play area inside so it might not be quiet all time, something to consider if you’re planning to work from here. I had the coco loco cold brew and would definitely recommend it. My friend had the tea and said it was Okayish.

This place is absolutely wonderful! The people are very kind and patient even when it is overwhelming pack. The drinks are so creative yet incredibly tasty. The food items are such good quality for on-the-go bites. I love this place! 10/10 highly recommend you go check it out for yourself.

I went there because my boyfriend was told the cinnamon rolls were so amazing they sell out early every morning and he just had to try one. We got there and there was a short line outside. It was more because the place is on the small side and it took a while for the cinnamon rolls to bake. For me it wasn't worth the wait. We bought 8 for $64. Brought them back home for everyone and we were let down. I really liked their door and the cafe itself is very inviting. They had a small space for kids to sit and play for $7 while you wait with books to read them. It's a nice cafe but I definitely wouldn't make the trip for the cinnamon rolls again.

Are the cinnamon rolls good? Yes. Are they worth waking up early on the weekend, finding street parking in Hoboken, and standing in line in the cold for 90 minutes? No. Are they substantially similar to the ones you can find seven days a week at any shopping mall or rest stop? Yes.

LINE TIP: if you’re in line by 730am and/or your place in line is outside of 1024 Park Ave, you’re more than likely NOT getting any of the original cinnamon rolls, but you might get some of the blueberry ones. Was online by 730am (outside 1024 Park was my position). By 810am, a worker that was taking pre orders outside (clipboard, walking down the line to take peoples orders) told everyone they had sold out of the original cinnamon rolls but had about two dozen left of the blueberry ones. At this time, there were about five people in front of me still. Not exactly sure when the original was sold out so best bet is to get there earlier by 7am.Decided not to keep waiting because the worker that was taking orders was giving people little paper slips and saying that once you pay, you can come back - so the assumption is that there’s a further wait for the cinnamon rolls to be made.I had one of their lattes before (something with coco), it was okay. There’s a play area inside the store for kids; $7 to access so good for parents looking for a place to relax.

Obsessed with the chocolate covered strawberry iced coffee! This place is super cute, I love they have a separate lounge area for families & the coffee has brilliant flavor!

The line is worth the wait! They provided coffee and hand warmers for people who were waiting and everyone was so kind! The strawberry cheesecake latte was delicious and so were the blueberry cinnamon rolls.
