the ribs were COLD no flavor and it was horrible.The quesadillas were cold. We did not enjoy it. We felt that we weren’t treated right.The lady was giving us dirty look while we were eating. We did not have a good experience nor meal.

The only regret that I can mention is the size of the steak ? that she was handed. Very very small for the price. A little tuff, however, my poodle enjoyed it today.Would I recommend you get the, my address would be , eat the fried chicken.

Our server was great and on her game. Our food was good. Nothing stood out though. I feel like they need to up their game a bit. I'm surprised they lasted this long with so many other similar chain restaurants. They need something to make them stand out because (sorry to say), it was very average.
Apparently this is considers and entire chicken crisper ??? Whoever put this together has gotta go I mean this is literally a nugget not a whole tender. Don’t order these
Boneless chicken wings were hard and every bite was a mouthful powder. The mashed potatoes tasted like they were from a box.

My sister and I visited Chilis last week. Chilis was an easy stop for lunch so we decided to get some little bites. We each ordered the lunch combo and I got the chicken fajita soup and the bbq boneless wings. The food was fine, normal Chilis quality. The service, however, was not great. I normally never have an issue with service at any restaurant, so it is unusual for me to have something bad to say about it in reviews. The server we had barely came around, and others brought out our food and had to get utensils sets for us. It wasn't super busy, as it seemed that only half the restaurant seating areas were open, and there seemed to be a few servers to take care of the tables that were there. After finishing eating, she didn't ask if there was anything else she could get us. We came in on my birthday and wanted to get the birthday dessert that Chilis always did, but when asking another server about it who helped the table next to us (because ours never came back) she said the only way to get the dessert now was to have it loaded on your chilis rewards account, which it was not appearing on for mine. When the waitress did not come back and didn't bring a check or tell us to pay on the tablets, we finally paid on the tablet and left. If we wanted to pay with cash, this would have been very inconvenient and nearly impossible with no one around. Others there were nice, but our server did not seem like she wanted to be there and then did not come back. I would go back to a chilis for the convenience, but I'm not sure that I would come back to this location.

The chicken Cesar salad would have been great, if there was chicken in it. I guess chicken, being part of the name of the dish, is extra money. Shame
