“This restaurant is a gem, the owner and the staff are so sweet and welcoming, the food is amazing, and overall I’ve had a pleasant experience every time I’ve been here. Everything I’ve tried on their menu is delicious, especially the French onion soup, the avocado panini, the penne vodka, and the omm-Ali. Additionally, their coffee bar is phenomenal and has a great variety of flavors. I cannot talk highly enough about this restaurant, thanks to the owner and staff for all their hard work making this place so homely and inviting.“

“WOW! The Burgers here are AMAZING! Everything here is organic and the beef is grass fed. You can tell the burgers here are high quality. I had the Mushroom Shroom Burger, and it was so delicious! The burger was so juicy. Even the bun was fresh and melted in my mouth along with the burger. The hand cut fries were very good, but wish they were served hot. I was shocked when the girl at the register said the truffle fries were $12 and a small milkshake is $10! You can end up spending $40-$50 just for a burger, truffle fries, and a shake here which is overpriced. The 5 stars is because everything was so delicious! I recommend Hearthly Burger in Shrewsbury!“
“Cute little neighborhood juice bar. Great juices, always fresh and staff are very friendly. We usually get the hulk (it's a green juice) and the turmeric ginger shots. You can always bring your glass bottles and get a 3 days' worth of juices at a time if you want to do a juice cleanse. Once you know what you like, you can always call ahead and just pick up.“

I only have nice things to say about California Coffee Co. Amazing coffee, drinks, candles, etc! “I love this cozy spot in the main downtown of South Amboy. Their coffee and breakfast sandwiches are good, which is exactly what I needed. The Java Dave's special is my perfect order with pork roll (or bacon), egg and cheese with a hash brown. The girls working there are very sweet and attentive. Check it out if you're in the area.Parking: There's street parking, but you normally don't have to park far if you can parallel park.“
“Small clean restaurant with counter seating. I had lunch here today with my niece. I ordered the steak chimmurra taco and it was absolutely amazing. Next ime I'll order the sauce on the side though because it won't be as messy to eat if dipped. Also, the blueberry drink was superb. A bit expensive, as organic is, but worth it. I'll be back!“
“I grew up with Ralph's Italian Ices on Staten Island back in the day. It has been 20yrs since I've last had the sweet delicious frozen treat that is Ralph's. I've been wanting to go back and get it for the longest time but haven't had the opportunity nor time or desire to make the trek back to SI. On a recent visit to my family living in the NJ area I saw that Ralph's has expanded. Went on a whim to try it to see if it is as good as I remembered. Spoiler: It is! I was so happy to see that it was still made and tasted the same. You will not find Italian ice like this anywhere but Ralph's.“

The owner/manager not only has an array of these, he had something for everything and a wealth of knowledge on top of that! I have allergies and he went through multiple products to find ones that fit my needs. He was kind, thoughtful and informative. He even made suggestions and provided samples for my infant that were extremely helpful! For being a store that stocks some of the most exclusive and unique products, the prices were reasonable. So nice to know that I now have a one stop shop for my family’s health needs!“
“Do you ever taste something and wonder how you ever lived without it? That's exactly how I feel about Playa Bowl it's so delectable. I don't like chocolate so finding a snack to satisfy my tastebuds isn't easy but Playa has so many options and is so amazing in flavor. The menu is huge and you can easily order the items on the menu as is or feel free to remove items on any bowl and just as substitute with many other items. It's a really popular spot so you might want to order online and don't fret if your bowl is ready before you arrive the staff will always place it inside the mini refrigerator. The staff handles the droves of customers with ease and work well together juggling online orders and in person patrons. The store has a very nautical feel to it you have the feeling of being at a dock or the beach. They also sell t-shirts, sweatshirts, tanks, tumblers for beverages, baseball caps, and joggers just to name a few all with the company logo. If you don't want a bowl feel free to order a fruit blended drink.....the best treat to indulge in can be found at Playa Bowl.“
