Oink and Moo had to be one of the least friendly establishments I have been to. I really do not like rating restaurants low at all, but the staff was very unwelcoming and unfriendly. They did not acknowledge me when I walked in the restaurant and one staff member barely looked at me when making sure they handed over my food. Very poor customer service. The taste of the door was also not very impressing and did not do much for me. I unfortunately would not recommend.

Oink and Moo was outstanding when it first opened. The food continues to be delish, but the portions have been significantly downsized (often inconsistent) and the staffing is often short for the peak timeframes for service which I know is very likely due to shortages in staffing and people willing/able to work. I don't fault them for this, but the bottom line is this means some significant wait times. The pluses: Their burgers rock. They are made to order with high quality beef and grilled to perfection. The Nashville chicken sandwich is just the right size and amount of delicious spice. Their burnt ends and pulled pork are consistent and delicious. Their baked beans are incredible! The minuses: Sides are small! I remember once getting a side of onion rings (as in paying for a side, not something with the sandwich) and I literally received five small onion rings for $5. Did I mention small portion sizes on the sides? Portions can be really inconsistent. The collard greens, for example, used to practically be a meal in and of themself. Delicious collards, lots of pulled pork. Delish! This has been downsized (I get it, the economy blah blah blah), but there still seems to be some balance missing. Inconsistent staffing-hear me out. There are one or two people who are constantly busting their butt out front. I can point them out. They just don't stop and they deliver! Then there's two or three people chit chatting and screwing around (watching the hard workers). No bueno. My final take---this place does taste good and I think the economy and pandemic have really made things tough for them. It's clear that the concept was built on love for a good experience and good food and I remember a time when this place was absolutely spot on (seriously a favorite spot). I'm hoping this is a bump on the road. With more support and increased customers again I'm hoping they will be back on their A game.

We went right around the time they opened and although the line was long and they were busy the wait for the food wasn't terrible. Since it was a new establishment at Bell Works it took some time for everyone to navigate the menu and order, so I understood the line. I had a brief chat with the owner, I believe his name was Josh. He seemed very nice and enjoyed talking about the new place. The management was trying to assist the staff and check on customers. Our group if four tried a little bit of everything and the Mac and cheese was my favorite. The sauces were very good also!

In a word....absurd. Walked in to polite people with overall indifferent food. Happily we won the wrestling match with the point of sale system for order entry. It has you using a back button to enter your order, back and forth. Makes more sense to me to go forward or have a next button, to add items. But, what do I know? Then, the first half of our order vanished. We had to wait for staff to help, who mentioned a recurring system glitch. They had to call someone. I assume the back office. We moved our order from the kiosk to the main counter. It took two transactions plus the phone call to get it right. Almost everything came out, except for my wife's burger. We waited. She had asked for cooked onions. What came out was reheated and had raw onions plus cooked onions. I was getting a distinct impression that the young people behind the counter have trouble adjusting to what the computer tells them to do or, doesn't tell them. We were only two people out of four in the entire restaurant. Still, they were fussing behind the counter as if it was a busy lunch hour. One staff guy was on his cell phone. Turns out the other woman at our sticky table also had trouble getting an order. It never came out. Finally when those other two were done eating, something did come out. She declined it. All the food was lukewarm. It obviously had been hanging around for a while. The cornbread was way overcooked and very dry. All the drinks at the fountain were absolutely flat, no fizz at all. We tried several and had to settle for flat. Getting there was another issue. GPS took us to a large office mall. But, there were really no good signs anywhere. We had to call to find out if they were actually even in this large building. Finding a phone number on the bbq website was another story, tough, buried deep within. The pictures on the website did not represent what we were served. Still wondering what 80s reggae music on the overhead system has to do with American BBQ. Afterwords, we looked at our receipts and found that there was no pricing information whatsoever. So, those receipts are completely useless. The overall experience was very disappointing and....absurd.

PROS: The place here makes good quality food. Similar to Panera Bread. The prices are reasonable and they're open later than many other places. Clean inside and many options to do CONS: They overcooked my wings and there's not that many seats to sit in. They also don't have a bathroom available as for as i saw OVERALL: I highly recommend coming here, they have great bbq sauces and a nice staff here too

Have eaten here 3 times and have had the southwestern salad. classis cheeseburger and bell-works burger. Today I had the classic burger and it tasted great. Had the perfect char and medium temperature perfect. With curly fries for 10$ a nice deal for Bellworks. Check it out

As a vegan, I realize I'm not their target customer. However, they have some good sides, and they offer a vegan burger. I just wish at least one of their bbq sauces was vegetarian.

I normally don't write reviews and this is the first time I am giving a 1 star. But this has to be said. I got 2 small bites dishes: 1.) burnt ends and 2. pulled pork nachos. Firstly, these burnt ends are not burnt nor are ends. In fact, they don't resemble any bbq I've ever had. The best description I can come up with is if you mixed pork belly in a swimming pool of sauce that's served luke warm. Secondly, these pulled pork nachos tasted like overnight chipotle taken out of a fridge. Was served even colder than the burnt ends. I just don't understand - they could've at least microvaved it for 30 seconds and it would've been better. Please take the word BBQ out of the name. I really hope this place improves for the sake of bell works and their business. Edit: adjusted to 2 stars because it was only 10$ per dish so there should've been no expectations here.

Was dying for bbq and came across this place....so ended up getting the pulled pork nachos with a side of Mac and cheese. I thought the price was a bit steep for two items but it is what it is. I thought the nachos were very good, the cheese sauce is awesome and the pulled pork wasn't dry or chewy. Wasn't the best pulled pork I've ever had but I thought it was good. Mac and cheese is a BBQ a staple I had high hopes for these, sadly it was very underwhelming. Had no flavor and the quality was something you would find at KFC or Popeyes. For the price and the lackluster Mac I gave this meal 3 stars.

Meh is the best I can do for Oink and Moo. It was good, not great. I was excited to see them open in Bell Works where my corp Headquarters is. The first try I opted for a boneless rib sandwich with slaw, a side of onion rings and a fountain soda. After tax and a $2 tip? I thought $22 was a bit steep. I was hopeful I would love the food. I got back to my office maybe 3 min later. I sat and unwrapped everything. The onion rings were big, still hot and tasty. Although they were a bit greasy. The sandwich looked nice, it wasn't very big, there was a fair amount of meat on it along w slaw, it was very tasty but unfortunately very cold. While I was there I was looking at the menu and I noticed 6 wings for $8. I decided to try an order of wings the following day with traditional buffalo sauce. I got them back to my office, they were hot and spicy. They were pretty big wings, cooked well although they could've been cooked a bit more to get the skin more crispy and render off some fat. They were on the chewy side from the extra fat and although they were tossed in sauce the flavor on the chicken meat was a bit bland. Ill continue to try oink and moo but I think I'll stick to the wings and the light bites section of the menu.

Food was okay nothing crazy. But girls at the register were on their phones when I asked for help ..., it felt like I was bothering them. I have ordered to go and as I left the place I realized that my drink was not in the bag. Mentioned it to the girls they stated that I was supposed to grab it. And nodded towards the fridge area.

Was exited to see BBQ place, but was disappointed. Ordered the pulled pork sandwich w/ sweet potato fries, $12. It had maybe an oz of pork and a scoop of slaw on a cold small hamburger bun. Taste was ok, but does not worth the high price. If the portion of pork is switched with slaw would have been much better. I offered the feedback but the manager was much defensive. Wish they will take customers feedback and improve. This has potential to be a really good lunch spot.

Have had food here 2x - both times the staff was not friendly, food was blah, and line was very long....... Burger and chicken sandwich are tiny with very little meat and toppings. The kiosk ordering is annoying and one of my orders was incorrect. Thankfully I do not work in Bellworks as I would need to order in or go out for lunch out of the building often!

Excellent food. Great location. The fries could be larger for $5 but they were excellent. Highly recommend the burger with bacon and the chicken salad!
