We placed a to-go order, money was taken, the store is closed. Website says they are open but they are not. No one is answering the phone (not surprising since it's dark in there) I wish I had read the other reviews before I placed my order. Now I have to dispute the charge!

There was more “Out of order” signs than customers. (Ice machine, soda machine, garbage cans, yes garbage cans) A/C wasn’t working either.

I’m a doordasher and came into the restaurant to pick up an order. I hadn’t even said anything yet, I didn’t even make it to the counter, and I was immediately spoken to by a very rude staff member. I would’ve understood if the restaurant was busy but I was the only customer in the store. Overall a very unpleasant experience as I felt like she was talking down to me the entire time

This place was dead and looked like it was near permanently closing. I got a to go order and started eating it in the car only to notice it was spicy. I ordered nothing spicy. Turns out they put pepper Jack cheese in it instead of Monterrey Jack. Also no pickle as advertised. They weren’t busy so idk what the excuse is.

Food is ok, the staff starts to clean the floor even I am still eating there, and she use the bloom to clean the seats. Not feel it is good, I should check the reviews before I come in.

Entire order was wrong. Called and manager was aggressive, nasty, and hung up on me.

First time at this location and definitely my last. I went at lunch time and saw multiple people go in and out. Though the greens were fresh, the toppings were spares and dressing was nonexistent. I feel like I was just eating dry lettuce. There were a total of 5 roasted peppers and I couldn't even tell there was feta cheese in it. For the Mediterranean salad, it states it comes with roasted cauliflower, yet the cauliflower was raw (not a huge deal but when I'm expecting something to be roasted and it's not, I'm going to be disappointed). For the price you pay, you expect there to be a bit more.

Ordered the crispy Asian wrap got it home to eat it I opened it the wrap fell apart on my plate.Soaked! Crispy did not in anyway describe this wrap they should change it to “Soaked in dressing with rotten vegetables and stringy mandarin wrap”This could explain why the place was empty at lunch time during Christmas Season when other restaurants were very busy.

I have never been spoken to so rudely. The employees spoke down to me which was not appreciated at all. It's no wonder no one goes there anymore this place is dying because the costumer service sucks.

It's a saladworks. Choose one of their suggested mixes or come up with your own. There is no right or wrong here. Everything appears to be fresh and ready to make you very happy inside I used to love the Red Bank Saladworks, but it is no longer there. Unfortunately this Holmdel location is a bit far for me to visit on a regular basis, but it's good to know it's there if I find myself with a salad yen.

I entered with my friends and was immediately greeted with dirty looks from the staff, we then proceeded to ask where the restroom was and were told that we could not use it unless we bought something which we were so it was not an issue, however when the staff found out that only two out of four people were purchasing something the other two people were not allowed to use the bathroom. Then we asked for plastic utensils and were told we don’t need them for the items we purchased and we were not allowed to make a transaction without leaving a tip. The staff was rude and created a very unwelcoming and uncomfortable experience I will never be returning and I will make sure to let friends and family know to stay away from this location!

Boss is rude, manipulative, and disrespectful to younger workers and the food is overpriced.

Very disappointed in the cost cutting measures. How can you stop offering tuna as a salad topping and replace it with a bunch of fried shrimp and fried chicken. Thanks for going the opposite way of healthy.

For delivery, I ordered a buffalo chicken panini and lobster bisque soup. I didn't get my panini. They sent a random club sandwich that isn't even on their menu with lettuce and tomato. The soup came but it is the most watery thin runny bland bisque I have ever had. You'd think for almost $20 for a soup and a sandwich it wouldn't be this problematic but here we are. I don't have any time left on my lunch to get anything else.
