Pauline is an excellent server. She is kind, attentive, classy, witty and very knowledgeable of the menu. Everything she suggested was delicious. We will definitely be back. Our new favorite place!!!

I highly recommend The Polo Club. My friends and I stopped by for drinks last night and they were amazing! Took a look at the food menu and if we didn’t already have reservations I would absolutely eat here. I will be back again for food AND drinks. The atmosphere is fantastic, the interior is absolutely stunning. Very clean inside and well kept. They have 2 bar areas with ample seating in the front area. The bar in the back is smaller but there is a large sitting area with tables and leather chairs to sit, relax and enjoy outstandingly made drinks. In the center of it all is a large open kitchen where you can watch the team prepare meals. If you’re lucky enough to be there on a Friday or Saturday night and Chris is making your drinks you are in for a treat. He takes drink mixing seriously. Drinks are well balanced and flavorful, no overstuffing of ice and sugary juice mixes here. The staff is extremely attentive. If something isn’t right, they’ll fix it. If you’re looking for something new to try they’re right there with recommendations. Kudos to Chris and Ryan at the back bar you both made the experience wonderful! Excellent job on the blue cheese stuffed olives Ryan, they were outstanding! My friends and I will definitely be back!!Parking: The parking lot is decent sized however going during peak time expect to park a bit further away. Watch for the massive pothole in the 2nd row of parking on the restaurant side of the parking lot. It’s pretty deep and may scrape cars lower to the ground. It’s also quite large you don’t want to trip walking in the darkKid-friendliness: We sat in the bar area my friends had a babysitter but they said children are allowed in the bar area seating. There is also a full restaurant area.

Phenomenal food and drinks! Light, crispy calamari; large pieces of lobster in creamy lobster bisque; unique, yummy Sugar cookie martini; scrumptious Halibut with beurre blanc sauce. New decor was pretty. Waitress was attentive and proactive (only negative, they had her running to both sides of the dining room despite a different waitress at the table next to us - they need to map out the waitress stations better).

First time here. Not only was the place beautiful the food was to die for. Calamari, melt in your mouth. Tuna tar-tar over guacamole and just made tortilla chips so super fresh. No denying it was just made. I made an adjustment to the menu and they accommodated me not problem. Fire cracker shrimp with lobster risotto. Good Lord!! The shrimp were huge and all I could think of is the scene from beetle juice when the huge shrimp cocktail came alive. The shrimp in my dish were huge like a steak huge. So delicious. The lobster risotto, amazing and huge bowl of it. So yummy. Top off this amazing dinner with crème brulette, normally crème is cold and hard shell is warm This one it was like just made. Creamy, smooth custardy and warm. As well as the sweet crusted shell. This meal was too notch. And the service was on point. No disappointments here. 5⭐️’s

My husband and I enjoyed a wonderful dinner at the Polo Club. I had a fabulous pear salad and a "little plate" petite filet mignon. The size was perfect for me. My husband ordered the French onion soup and lamb chops. All was great. We shared a bottle of wine and a gelato. My hesitancy on frequenting this restaurant is the cost. For us, it will remain a special occasion place.

Service was impeccable and food was very good. I had scallops and the lobster risotto was excellent. Wine was about double the price which is very fair at restaurants. Overall, very happy with the entire experience.

We have been here on multiple occasions, and the experience is very different depending on the day of the week and where you sit inside its cavernous interior. The decor all around is sumptuous, warm, and inviting and may be the best part of the restaurant. On a Saturday evening, if you want quiet, go early and hope to be done before 730PM. After that, it fills up, is loud, and service suffers. That was our experience. The 4 ounce prime came precut, was a bit overdone and came with what was touted as proprietary sauce, but tasted a lot like A-1 from a supermarket. The sea bass special was perfectly done. We were enjoying ourselves, notwithstanding the disappointment with the beef, so that we decided to order some after dinner appetizers to have with our drinks. After a prolonged wait and the drinks were now done, we opted to leave and checked out. The after dinner appetizers were arriving, finally, as we were leaving, and they went back to the kitchen. It was 8:30, and the place was full. We will go back, but will endeavor to either go during a weekday, of, if on a Saturday, to get there no later than 530 pm so we can finish before the rush without feeling rushed ourselves.

Mixed feelings!! Katon at the back bar was amazing. Friendly, quick and the drinks he made were delish. He needs more support though. The front bar had 4 people behind the bar. Katon barely had a bar back and was making drinks for the entire restaurant. My grouper /scallop special was absolutely delish. My husband ordered an very expensive steak special that was over cooked. Good flavor but not how he ordered it. Stopped by the font bar for an after dinner cocktail and the bartender there was meh. She was very distracted (har to get her to acknowledge we were there) and slow and the drinks not nearly as good. Also, weirdly, the giant tv in the front bar had gone with the wind playing - no sports or something actually watchable in a bar. Jury is out. We will try again but unsure about that bar atmosphere (though the entire place is beautifully decorated).

Amazing food, amazing atmosphere. This wasn't my first time there and I love it even more everytime I come. Our server (whose name I can't remember) had to be one of the best waiters I have had ever. He had a spotter whose name was Julia and we paid at 8:48 pm (in case that helps). He gave us the time to enjoy our night. Thank you for an amazing experience.

Wow. This place is truly awful. I never leave reviews. But my entire experience was so unbelievable horrible I feel it’s my responsibility to warn people to stay away. First of all the parking lot is in complete disrepair. We arrived promptly for our 7:30 reservation, and were told it would be a 20 minute wait. No problem, we decided to get a drink at the bar to wait. The bartenders are very talented. My polo pear cocktail was phenomenal. (This was early on in the evening, I was still optimistic.) We were finally seated at 8:00 which was fine. We were offered complimentary bread (which never came). Our order was taken at 8:15. The table next to us was seated, their order was taken (they were informed that they were out of lobster bisque), and their appetizers arrived. 45 minutes later we were told that they were out of lobster bisque, “the kitchen literally just told her a minute ago,” and our appetizer would be out in a minute. So clearly our waitress forgot to put our order in. When the lobster Mac and cheese finally arrived there wasn’t a single piece of lobster. Our entrees arrived at 9:35. The risotto was crunchy but the scallops were tasty. We had to send the Parmesan fries back because they literally tasted like they had been sitting in the back of the freezer for 3 years. We were offered complimentary dessert for our troubles but by this time it was 10pm and I didn’t have another hour to wait for an undoubtedly mediocre dessert. The bathrooms were revolting. It looked like they hadn’t been tended to in days. Which may be why as we were leaving the restaurant we came across a middle aged man relieving himself for all the world to see. Perhaps he was unhappy with the service as well and decided to take it out on a parking lot shrub.
