When it comes to Nomad I always seem to be the last juror to come around to the group consensus. Basically, they'll put anything on a pizza you can dream of, call themselves artisans and wait for the applause. I'm sorry but Kale is barely a vegetable and is not a legitimate topping. Otherwise, the pizza is fine if you're into doughy crust at a premium price. Four stars for the outstanding service and not being their Princeton location which is a madhouse.
We had the most delightful experience at Nomad Pizza on January 6th, recently! We braved the storm to come out for a nice meal and we were blown away! Our waitress was very sweet and attentive. Stepping into Nomad feels like visiting family-- it's casual, friendly, and warm! I was with 3 friends and we each ordered a personal pie and shared the burrata app! There is NO BETTER PIZZA in the Princeton area. I can’t go more than 2 weeks without their Quattro fromaggio. The sautéed onions! Yum!!! Great place to bring out of town friends.
