This complaint is against the woman who doesn't know her job. Not the poor guy who works hard and is always running around. I feel for him. Placed our order and 4 people were waited on, fed and left before us. we just stood here waiting. Just TERRIBLE SERVICE. They should wait on people as they come in. Not this garbage. 2 stars for food only.

Worst food I’ve had. Got a chicken pot pie. Top crust was tasteless flour and water baked and stuck on top of the “pie”. Lifted right off. “Pie” was dried out (edges were HARD) chicken with 2 pieces of potatoes and a few peas. No sauce or gravy to be seen. Needless to saw it was inedible. Won’t go back. Only gave it 1 star because I had to give it something.

Newly reopened, we tried Boston market this past Friday night, and we’re greatly disappointed. Cesar salad had old lettuce near bottom, with stale croutons, and chicken was undercooked, enough to get me sick. We are living in this area 15 yrs, and ate here years ago. I’m a one and done kind of consumer, just giving my experience

Came from out of town and tried to find a quick sandwich place. Located Boston Market and when we went in we realized it was a small market that served food. The salad bar and many other options were unavailable but we were able to order sandwiches, fountain drinks and an iced coffee. Sandwiches were made to order and the bread was fresh.

After a long day at work, I was greeted by Fran, at the Howell, NJ location. She was so pleasant and friendly, while taking my order. Thank you, for that nice experience at the end of the day, Fran!

Never any issues here. There is a gentleman that works at this location (I think he may be a manager - Hispanic male w/ a ponytail) who is extremely hard working, professional, and provides excellent customer service. I went there 2 wks ago and there appeared to be only 2 workers there (him, an another person), and he was remarkable! It was crowded, and he was getting the food, cutting chicken, using the register, running to the back to get more sides, etc. I would've lost my mind if I were him. (Lol). This guy definitely deserves a raise! Kudos to him!

The food and the service is great and the manager is very accommodating ...However the place is freezing......for the past 2 weeks ...no heat ...can not sit in there and eat .....Mgr said was broken Thermostat......why hasn't the corporation fixed it .....why? ....and no staff????
This was my first time...and it was sooooo good:). Will definitely go back. Food is amazing.

Food is great of course. But the staff is amazing. One girl in particular actually. She was so sweet & I felt so bad it was 50 degrees in the place! She was freezing & so was I (mind you it's 20 degrees here). So maybe the manager should be more considerate of his or her employees & work conditions.
