I placed my order through door dash and I did not get what I thought I was ordering by looking at the picture on the menu. Misleading. Not happy. Food was good but not happy with my order. I called the restaurant and he said this happen before but never offered to send what I ordered.

I’ve been ordering from this spot for a while now, and the food/service has been rapidly declining. I don’t know if there’s a change in management or the kitchen staff, but something is really wrong. The food is tasteless and dry. I got oxtails most recently, and we all know it’s not cheap… people work hard for their money, and to get such terrible food - it’s just disappointing. To add insult to injury, we purchased two beef patties and they were so burnt we couldn’t even eat it. Why would you sell something like that to a customer?This is not okay! Shut down or do better.

The flavors and authenticity of the dishes were truly outstanding.One dish that stood out to me was the jerk chicken with rice and peas. The chicken was perfectly seasoned with a tantalizing blend of spices, and it had a nice smoky flavor from being grilled to perfection. The rice and peas were cooked to perfection, with each grain of rice perfectly fluffy and the peas adding a nice texture. The combination of flavors was simply heavenly.Adding to the Jerk I highly recommend the cabbage with fried ripe plantains. The cabbage was cooked to perfection, with a slight crunch and a burst of flavor. The fried ripe plantains added a touch of sweetness that perfectly complemented the savory flavors of the cabbage. I have been going to this restaurant for a while. On one visit, I had a little issue. The owner (Wendy) was kind andprofessional. She took care of the problem immediately. I have found that many other restaurants will give you a hard time, if you find a problem with their food. I truly appreciate the owners response. Really enjoy the oxtail dinners.

Oddest experience ever. I walk in at 6PM and ask what the dinner specials are. The counter lady and the cook both shake there head and say no dinner specials. No explanation of the menu or what I want to eat. I just left as it was awkward staring at each other.

I've been ordering from here while I'm at work and the food is good for the most part, and for a while the portions were great... Until today... I ordered a side of oxtail, like usual and today instead of the normal round tin they normally come in,I got a side of oxtail in the same tin I get my side of cabbage in... Nah not for $14... The math ain't mathing... I guess I have to find a new work go-to for lunch now...And I don't think my BBQ J*** is fresh...

They don't care about their customers well being. Before placing an order I call and again after the order is placed and request for them to properly secure the bag by stapling it and they said yes they will. I received my food with an open bag, on more than one occasion. When I called to ask why the bag wasn't secure the person who answer the phone saying they were busy and didn't get to do it and they usually do so on a Monday and Wednesday when it's not busy. Ridiculous if u ask me because other places that are way more busier than them find the time to secure the bag. Then she eas like "my/our bad". I will never order from them again!!! This is huge disappointment not to mention when they mixed my order up.
