They will Jip you on sizes that you ask for which is not acceptable. For example, I ordered a long fries and they give me a medium size by not filling it up where it truly needs to be "HAPPY AT ALL"!!!

This place was once a favorite for me. But, food quality dropped and prices are approaching insanity level. I really don't care if the staff say "my pleasure" instead of "you're welcome" when I can't seem to feed three people for under $40 these days. Then, of course, there are the corporate political stances, which don't sit well with me anymore. What happened to simply making a decent chicken sandwich?

I ordered my favorite, a sausage breakfast burrito. When the order came, the sausage seemed dry. It wasn’t until I was almost finished that I noticed it was chicken & not sausage. I told the person who served me that the burrito was not what I ordered. He didn’t even offer me a courtesy card for my next visit. When I asked him why, he said he could only give me a cookie! He said if I didn’t eat the sandwich, he could have made me another. It was probably yesterday’s leftover chicken and they stuffed it in a burrito. The menu said it comes with bacon or sausage and he served me chicken & indicated he knew it! Save your money folks. It’s not the famous Chic Fil A of old. Prices are high as it is for him to not only give me the wrong order but not offer to make up for it. I’ve been coming to this establishment for many years and this person treated me like I was thief. I’m very disappointed. I really should give it “no stars” but I didn’t have the option.

As far as Chick-Fil-A’s go, this one clearly took over an older fast food restaurant and did little to update the feel. Food was typical, service was a little subpar.
