Unfortunately we had a terrible experience in this Chipotle. White rice was way too undercooked, portion of the bowl was less (shrinkflation?). Every single table was dirty/uncleaned. Trash bin was overflowing with garbage and neglected. We felt service and care was bad. This is a multibillion dollar company, we do not expect this kind of service! Unfortunately we will not be returning back to this Chipotle and we do not recommend either, I would rather support a local businesses!

Disgusting. Flavorless, wet beans. Flavorless, mushy rice. Burrito was drowned in sauce and sour cream when I specifically asked for light. My burritto was a wet, falling apart amalgamation of slop.Chipotle needs to stop hiring high school kids, and start hiring people who actually care about how the food is cooked and how the restaurant is maintained. Nothing against the kids, I wouldn’t have cared either back then. But it really is getting out of hand.

How do you run out of forks? I ordered a salad for lunch. Choose to dine in during my lunch hour. I was told to use a spoon to eat my salad. Why not disclose this before an order is made and paid for. Just confused about the management of this establishment. I would have gone somewhere else that supplies forks to their customers.

Top tier and sometimes they will give a military discount. Definitely providing good portions. However, they rarely have vegetables as an option, I’m not sure if it’s because they are busy or short staffed.

Got lunch when they opened so you'd expect the food would be atleast fresh. The brown rice was was crunchy! It was either old from the day before or undercooked, but either way they dropped the ball on that big time. The veggies were overly salted as well as the sides. The floors were absolutely filthy. Mind you, this was at opening time. Never again. Unacceptable and beyond disgusting. Imagine how the kitchen is kept.

bet.just picked up dinner for my husband and I after work. whoever worked tonight was their top of the line staff. honestly, best bowl we’ve had in a very long time, everything was fresh. I work in the area so I’ll def return during my lunch breaks.

Slowest chipotle I have ever been to .. been here multiple times in 3 month period and there’s only ever 1 person on the line that’s slower than a snail if you got places to be hit the next closest chipotle you’ll be here a half hour minimum just waiting to be served

I've been eating at Chipotle since 2008. As a vegetarian it can be hard to find decent food in the United States, and I had come to lo e and trust their veggie burrito. Now that my family and I live in Scotland, where there are no Chipotles, we make a point of going there whenever we visit the US. Last night everything changed when I found a large piece of pork in my veggie burrito. I almost threw up. I don't think I could ever trust them again. What this means is that they don't care about the dietary requirements of those who eat there. This in turn makes me question their food hygiene in general. I am angry and very very sad that I can't ever go back there, and still a little nauseated. Shame on you.

The steak is super spicy the tomatoes they put in my bowl were literally frozen it made entire bowl cold -I was looking for a hot meal everything was cold because of the frozen tomatoes almost every table in the restaurant is dirty so no place to sit. I don’t think I’ll be back.obviously the staff could care

We will start with the fact that you were "out" of carne asada at 6:30pm. It's a featured item and the only reason why I went there.The line was moving slower than molases in january... Or perhaps a snail snailing on a sidewalk of salt. I almost felt like I was walking backwards there such a lack or urgency.Could you guys start having real management in your stores? This is getting ridiculous. Portions were crazy on sauces and cheese.Garbages were completely full and overflowingYour employees looked like they hated their lives.They weren't rude, but if they cared any less they would have been rude just by tone of voice alone.Also, you forced some poor girl to wear a hat over her hijab?? The hijab is food safe it completely covers her head.
