I really love their ice cream! I get excited every time in in Ramtown!! They usually have good staff but today they had a really lazy depressed staff. Other then that I'm really impressed. I recommend this place ?

Ordered a cake for my daughters birthday, and I was blown away with the creativity of the decorator, and beyond happy with the result!!!!!!! Great ice cream cake, wonderful decorator, will absolutely order from them again!!!!!

Had a wonderful experience tonight at Twist Ice Cream Shop! Emilia was wonderful! She was so busy and gave excellent service with a smile! She was immaculate and was hustling! She restored my hope in the service industry! Bravo to local business for hiring a great employee!

Worst strawberry shake I ever had!! Tasted way to sweet and was like drinking water. And i was not happy with my server's addattude , Revisited the ice cream shop gave it a second chance got a ice cream malt shake made from hard ice cream was much better spoke with the owner she was very kind and apologetic about the problem we had the first time.

Went there for a strawberry shake we ordered 2. 1 extra thick and 1reg...they were the exact same consistency ,I asked the lady why mine was the same ,she said that's how they are made.., ,so why was i being charge more for the same consistency as my friends .After that she re did it 3 times ,she threw it on the counter and walked away...not even a sorry or anything ,as i said thank you and walked out.. It was the sweetest shake i ever had finished half and tossed it out .Never going back again.

I've lived in Ramtown almost 20 years and Twists has been here since the beginning. It's a local landmark IMO. Service is always good and I've never had bad ice cream. I think the quirky pricing is fun to try and figure out too.

Will never go out of my way to get ice cream here. Below average ice cream, bland, tastes like the freezer. In every ice cream store around our whole area from Route 9 all the way down to Point Pleasant, a large cup is at least three scoops. Today, I had a less than friendly gal give me two scrawny scoops in a large cup. Plenty of expensive empty air in that cup. Portion size shouldn't depend on who's waiting on you that day and what mood they're in.Reply: Okay so I received less than two scoops in what was supposed to be a four scoop cup? That's reassuring, thank you for following up.

Best little ice cream shop around! A friend needed a cake last minute. And The owner was able to make it happen! Not only was it amazingly decorated but the ice cream is top notch!! Try Twisted Chaos! It’s my favorite!
Context is important for this review-My fiancé and I were walking with our licensed service dog in the area and thought let’s grab some ice cream on a late Sunday night. We entered this establishment where there was zero customers and 2 employees in the store. We ordered our ice cream and another customer walked in. At this point our service animal was sitting in a heel position staring forward as trained properly to do. Not one bark not one noise.The other employee who didn’t take our order was on the phone(with the owner watching on cameras I presume) and asked if our dog was a service animal. We explained he is and we have proof if needed. This is important- we were in the store for roughly 2 minutes at this point and paid for our ice cream, showed the certificate and while the young girl who took our order was kind the other was extremely rude although I’m sure it’s tough being watched by an owner nonstop.Overall, you rudeness of the owner to continue asking us questions even after providing documentation is not only disappointing but also illegal. The owner should be ashamed and not only will we not be there again but the only other customer in there at the time also advised he won’t be back with how we were treated. We were calm the whole time and only in the store a couple minutes yet the owner made his nature known; obsessive and rude

This is the best local spot for ice cream. The staff is always super friendly and my son LOVES the cookie monster flavor. I am a huge supporter of small and local businesses, which are a staple in our neighborhoods. Definitely worth a trip.

I give them 3 stars because their ice cream is delicious but one of the girls there is so rude! I went here one night with my friends and i had my puppy with me (mind you he must’ve been the size of my two hands) Before stepping in the door I politely asked the girl if it was okay to bring him in as i’m just holding him and taking ice cream to go…i know some ice cream stores will let you bring dogs but I always ask to be nice. Well this girl gave me the dirtiest face and yelled no so loud everyone in there including my friends we’re kind of like wtf I felt like leaving and not giving her business if their ice cream wasn’t so good lol why have dog treats if i can’t bring my puppy in ????
