The food is great! The service not so much. The girl who sat us is the girl who took our order almost 30minutes later!! Asked for the check twice before my sister got up and had to get our check! We had other things to do that day but after being there for 2 hrs (only two other tables) we weren't able to do it afterwards had to make an appointment and do the things we planned on doing after that. And it's like that every time I've been there

The food we ordered didn't taste good. Also, the coffee I had was terrible. My kids got different kinds of pancakes and didn't like them, so they didn't want to eat. My husband and I ate them reluctantly, even though we didn't want to, just so they wouldn't go to waste. Thank you anyway.

HORRENDOUS experience.Visited this restaurant on 1/27/24.  Had the worst service I've ever had in my life.  Not one person working there cared about their jobs or their customer.1.  The food was brought on in two trips 10 to 15 minutes apart.  When the server or bus boy arrived with the first order I asked him which omelet it was that he set down.  He said he didn't know but he'd find out.He never returned.2.  10 minutes later we cut into the omelet to see which it was.  We had ordered two similar omelets.  We determined it was mine.  It was already cold. I waited another few minutes for the rest of the family's meals to be brought to the table.3.  As soon as the rest of the meals were brought,and we began to eat, I asked for more butter.  The waitress said ok and that she would get it.  She returned 15 minutes later.  I told her I didn't need it any longer because it would not melt because the pancakes were now cold and the butter would not melt.4.  They charged for items that were never brought to the table.  Example: the add on of peppers into my aunt's omelet.I had to point this out.5.  My son ordered a French Toast Combo.  "Berry Mix"  When it arrived it was just strawberry.  I waited for the waitress to check in with us but I had to flag her down.  By the time she returned with the "Mixed Berries" in a bowl, he was done eating.6.  The credit card machine was down.  I was not told this.  After 20 minutes I had to flag the waitress down again. Then she told me this.  I waited another 20 minutes.  During that time I asked the hostess, a bus boy and our waitress to ask the manager to come over.  He never did.  I was CERTAINLY NOT leaving the restaurant without signing my credit card slip and cancelling a line through tip - they had messed every single other thing up. I was not leaving the responsibility of my credit in their hands. I had no faith in their competence. I waited.  I waited.  I waited.  Finally, it came.  I drew a line through the tip and handed the waitress a tip over 20 percent.  I did not know how much of the problems were her fault.  However, she was a very crappy, inattentive waitress who did not care about her customer's experiences, obviously.  Not even a tiny bit.7.  I saw the manager smiling and laughing with customers at two tables as I was leaving.  I waited for him to finish and then I was going to flag him down.  He disappeared into the kitchen.  I waited for five minutes and then left, never having spoken with him.The mushrooms in my cold omelet were surprisingly good.  I wondered what type of mushroom it was.  That is all of the positive I can offer.IHOP, do not contact me with words of apology, coupons or credits.  There is absolutely NOTHING you can do or say that will make me and any of my family return to this restaurant, or any other IHOP.You can however speak with the server and manager if you care to, which is doubtful. If I could give no stars. I would. Terrible service. I don’t even need to write a long paragraph. Just go experience yourself.It’s freezing in there. Service is slow, waiters are not trained well, foods cold , coffee wasn’t even hot.We had a large group of 9 and we were all unhappy and had 3 children.It was so cold that we all kept our winter coats in the entire time. I feel like when you go into an establishment, it should at least be warm enough to take your jacket off.Horrible service , the waiter didn’t come refill our drinks or checked it. We kept ex having to look for him. Overall, experience was not great.Also, Please don’t even reach out to give me a voucher because the service was so horrible. That I do not even want to come back.
