I ordered lg black coffee w creamers on the side ...when i got to the window the kid hands me my coffee n then tries to had me 10 creamers in my hand...i asked him could you plz put them in a bag n he gave me a dirty look n then shoved the bag at me n i said have a nice day ?

A month a go, I went to the McDonald's in Howell.I buys food there all the time. I truly loves the fries, when they are hot. I compare it to other places. This day the person was so rude, that I was glad that I was just picking up , or else I would be afraid to eat. She pushed my receipt out and very nasty, I had to park on the side to go in. I.asked her for the manager, she pointed me to a phone number to call , go ahead she said.no pen, so I left..17 years , worst experience.
Classic Mickey D’S that was updated a few years back. They added on dual drive thru lanes. The location is always clean and inviting. Food comes out hot and is accurate. Not open 24 hrs.
