No bag at all. Missing half the order. Impossible to get in contact with the store. Transferred over 10 times only to not speak with anyone about my order. Wings were TERRIBLE! Alfredo taste like water. Just a huge disappointment! First and last time from this location FOR SURE!

I would like to thank Kathleen for her EXCELLENT Customer Service today. My order was perfect. The pizza was done they was we like. She even helped me to my car (I use a cane). She is an asset to the company.

I recently visited the Pizza Hut located in Jackson, NJ, and unfortunately, I had an extremely disappointing customer service experience. The clerk working the counter, an African American gentleman, displayed a level of rudeness that was completely unwarranted and unprofessional. From the moment I entered the establishment, it was evident that the clerk had no intention of acknowledging my presence. Despite standing at the counter for several minutes, he seemed disinterested and made no effort to greet or assist me. It was quite disheartening to be made to feel invisible and inconsequential as a customer. When he finally decided to take my order, his attitude problem became even more apparent. He exuded an air of annoyance as if my presence was an inconvenience to him. His lack of enthusiasm and unwillingness to provide basic customer service left me feeling frustrated and unwelcome. It is important to note that this review is not intended to cast aspersions on the entire Pizza Hut chain or its employees. However, the behavior of this particular clerk was unacceptable and warrants disciplinary action. Customer service is a crucial aspect of any business, and it is disheartening to encounter such disregard for it. I sincerely hope that the management of this Pizza Hut location takes the necessary steps to address this issue. Training programs and refresher courses could greatly benefit their staff, reminding them of the importance of treating customers with respect and courtesy. No customer should ever feel as if they are bothering an employee by placing an order!!!
