My daughter just ordered their bowls and they took a long time and they messed up their orders. Annoying how they cant follow orders for a freaking 13.50 bowl.

I'm a long time lover of playa bowls, stopped by this location on the way home from visiting a friend in the area. Myself and friend were taken back by the complete lack of hospitality from the employees. They seemed annoyed by every customer who entered the store and were unable to even offer a "hello" when taking an order. Served dirty looks along with the acai bowls and were even rude to the polite costumers coming in for pick up orders. Disappointed by the complete lack of respect for paying consumers.

The young ladies at the Howell Playa Bowl location, are so sweet. They are welcoming, efficient and pleasant. Sometimes you go into places like this and the young girls are miserable. Not at this location; my daughters say the exact same thing! And they go at all different times. I'm so glad a Playa Bowl opened up in our neighborhood!
