The food was very greasy, they gave me my drink through the drive-thru and it was only 75% full, and of that 75% it was 90% ice, when my food came I ate it in the car in the parking lot, went inside to refill my drink with real soda and not all ice and the entire place, the floor, the soda area, almost all the tables, and even behind the register where the food is was all dirty and greasy, I usually go through the drive-thru so I never go inside, I imagine most people do the same but to be honest after having to go in to refill my soda with a decent amount of soda I was shocked at just how dirty the inside of this place was, I cannot believe how dirty it is, I've been eating at this drive-thru for a long time now, I've never had this experience but never really went inside, next week I will go inside and if the place is clean I will delete this review. So if you still see this review it means management does not care and next week I will add photos to show how dirty The Establishment is

I woukd give it at least 4 stars but today is the 1st time I actually got my burger cold. I didn't go back bcuz I dun got time for it but giving a review was something I wanted to end up doing. I always got hot and fresh but today was completely the oppoaite.
Posting review on the same day I visited this location. Ordered a 12pc nugget combo smallest size available. That’s was made clear for whoever was working drive thru. For Lord knows what reason, it interpreted to a Large meal that I was charged for and declined twice. Then the cashier looked at me like he doesn’t work there when I asked about me being overcharged. That’s where my frustration came about, charging me for something I have declined more than once. Took it up w/ corporate immediately & they were able to compensate me on the fly with less than an hour. The parking lot being empty should have been my sign to go to a different location. Next time your order comes out incorrect, anyone reading this should do the same.

Popeye's in Howell never fails to suck harder with every visit. This location makes me wonder why Popeye's even exists. Not only have they chased me off as a customer for good, I don't think I'll eat chicken ever again. Yesterday I ordered through the app and when I got to the drive-thru window they told me to pull into a parking space and they'd bring the food out. About 8 minutes later, I watched a worker walk out of the building with a bag, look around and walk back inside. I waited another 5 mins and went inside to ask for the order. The guy hands me a bag and says "oh I thought you left." My car had been the only car in the lot. Ordered the 3 chicken strip Truff mayo special. The chicken was dry and tough. Cajun fries were cold, flaccid and just an all around insult to Cajun culture. Steer clear, this place is the pits. If someone told me tomorrow that this Popeye's location was swallowed into the Earth like the house in Poltergeist I wouldn't bat an eye.

Food was good but the place is disgusting , bathroom was dirty , the seating area was dirty and there’s cobwebs in the foyer area with a dead bug hanging from it looks like it’s been there for a while, dirt is everywhere. Definitely does not do daily cleaning more like yearly cleaning if that . Remember if the bathroom is dirty and the seating area is dirty what do you think the kitchen looks like?
Only got a one star because I had no other choice. I couldn’t post my review. If I didn’t give them a one star they got a negative one The staff is horrible. They are so rude. They always get my order wrong because they’re too busy talking would never go there again..

New Review: I was over there today. At my previous stop I ordered using the app my rewarded $6.99 Chicken Tenders combo (plus tax) offer and left for Popeyes. I got there, I opened the phone, Sorry Oops this didn't work...we are aware of the problem.I went in, put the phone down on the counter and said hi, I'm having a problem with the app, please give me the $6.99 tenders deal. The guy behind the counter was a deer in headlights.I tried 3 credit cards on the app. No luck.I said look I can wait for your manager, I'm not in a huge hurry, I mean there's milk in the car, but I got a few minutes. He looks down and said the manager isn't here right now. He grabs a fellow employee and says do we have any coupons left? I said there's no manual override? Nope. What about cash?Here is what I think happened. Unlike other Popeyes, some including this particular outlet, charges extra for the combo, including the included "free sauce", so they want $7.35 for the chicken then include a free sauce. I took out the sauce, knocked it down to $6.99, and the system couldn't accept giving me the correct price.To me that earns you 2 stars, possibly 1 star.He said would I accept the regular Chicken Tenders deal? I said if you sell it to me for $6.99 yeah...see I can play at that game too.I'm glad I didn't spend any gas getting there. I left.Old Review: It's Popeyes...the only thing one can ever say bad about a Popeyes (in my experience) is when they run out...which has only happened to me once at this place.
