Just lost a guaranteed order for at minimum 36 ppl/week. I called to speak to a manager and was told that there was no manager available. I asked when they would be in because I wanted to make a large order, but I need to speak with a manager first.Seconds later a gentleman was put on the phone (I can hear the man saying to someone in the store "there's a lady on the line who wants to place a large order but asked for the manager") "Hello, how can I help you?" Oh, you're the manager?? The person who answered the phone just said you weren't there. Speaks over me, "Yeah, how can I help you?" ....Nevermind, I will no longer be placing an order.That interaction, means to me, that business with you will be problematic. I used to come to Bruno's all the time with my grandmother when we went to shop in Irvington Center. However, based on the reviews here and on other food delivery platforms, I wanted to speak with someone to discuss our agency needs. So I'll be looking for another local pizzeria to give this money to...

The classic Irvington center pizza spot… their not wat their use to be but you can catch them on a good day here and there… the pizza is thin + greasy (a good thing) but they be letting the bottom get a lil burnt which messes up the flavor of the pizza + they don’t put much cheese on

Pizza used to be great for years. Not anymore. I miss the old days but we won't get them back. This pizza is always soggy and almost tasteless. The wings and prices are ok so i won't give it one star

I mainly get pizza at Brunos and I've never had a complaint. ?Parking: You can order ahead, park, and run in to get your food without have to pay the meter, however, it's not always easy to find parking.

I I ordered 60 dollars worth of food I been coming to this place for decades..my pizza had no sauce and barely any cheese totally disgusting ..I rate this NEGATIVE 5 st
Always great pizza. Never disappointed with my pie. The spot just needs more of that family vibe it had back in the 90's. Outside of that, COVID has definitely taken a hit on mannerisms. The main server needs to have better days and at least act like he loves his job.Wheelchair accessibility: No ramp, straight shot inside and out.
