“Thanks so much to Ashley and her team here at this Popeyes. I often come to this Popeyes and usually don't have any issues. last time I went and bought a family meal, we later realized when we got home that there were two pieces missing. I'm sure it was an honest mistake because it was a very busy night so I didn't want to make a big deal about it and we just did without the missing two.Fast forward 2 weeks later on a Sunday, me & my dad arrived to make an order, and I spoke to Ashley at the front desk.After making my order & paying, I let her know; I'm not complaining, but last time I ordered, I was missing a couple of pieces of chicken, and was only asking if the team could just double check that I have the right amount today before adding. She was very understanding, and not only gave us a few soda's while we waited on the house, but also gave us extra chicken and was so nice about it!We didn't ask for anything extra, (the food missing from last time) nor did we expect it. She did it out of the kindness of her heart and that's a gesture you almost never hear of here in jersey, and I'm truly humbled by the gestureI don't usually leave reviews, especially in fast food restaurants, but Ashley seriously did such an amazing job and went above and beyond in customer service. I would give 10 stars if I could! It's not about the extra food I got, it's the principal of the situation, her handling of it and the customer service and on top of that, it's not something she had to do or was even expected and that's honestly so rare that I had to make a review about it! “This was my first time trying this shop. The order was delivered in a timely fashion and my burger was yummy.The extras that were named-- were not present so im not sure of the special sauces and dusting powders. Fries okI would order a smash burger from them again.“

“I love here. But sometimes I felt like they treated me as I was going too often even though I don't go unless I didnt get to cook because of work. The customer service is a bit poor and they need to serve with joy and smiles so the customer could pay with joy, take the food with joy and enjoy the food with joy. Put a little happiness to the taste. Sometimes there is not much sauce and no fork.“

“Felt a little like a liquor store when I first walked in, with the teller behind some thick plexiglass, with a table placed in front of the till to keep distance. The menu is behind the checkout, and there are a lot of pictures of the offerings around the place. The employee was pretty blunt and efficient, very no nonsense. The food came out quickly and was hot and very good.“
