I had the oxtail and it was amazing, my friend had the curry goat and that was so good too. We went back the next day for bake and saltfish, we've gone back several time since. Great spot for takeout.
This is my treat place for some good trini food and always accurate. The place is small and call before you go to order your food otherwise you'll be waiting ( that's how good the food is).

The food at Cynthia’s is absolutely delicious! Everything tastes great and the staff is very courteous and helpful. I’ve experienced the cuisine and enjoyed engaging with the staff when they first opened almost 3 decades ago. Today I enjoyed the food and service even more. They are exceptional and well worth the drive from Virginia!
