Food takes a while to get ready and the egg bagel didn’t taste like how it tastes at other locations. No place to sit inside. They have 4 chairs exactly and two very small tables but a lot of empty space in store so easy to add. We were traveling and didn’t want to eat breakfast in the car but you don’t really have an option if you’re with family. Bathrooms are very dirty too. I'm not sure why people really go there for coffee when what you seem to get is a cup of milk or cream with a little coffee in it. Even though the donuts aren't made fresh anymore they're trucked in I believe, they're still decent.

The customer service is horrible! Long lines, slow service. Today, I had a to-go order of just coffee and a donut. It took 8 minutes to do that and the young lady at the counter was about to give me someone else's order. I could have walked out with a breakfast sandwich and a refresher.
